I am currently reading a book about Organizational change. Going to six sigma by a fellow who worked for Cummins. The subject is really how to drive long term change and how to trickle it down. How to manage it measure it and adjust as you go. Can Imagine the New message has already been conveyed across to all affected parties from top to bottom, and what roles they play. How they will achieve the larger concept via many underlying projects. I am sure, quite sure tha Terry and Kim Pegula have long term vision for their New Kingdom ; ) And Beane and McD have theirs for the Buffalo Bills. She just needs to keep everyone on task via short term accomplishments combined over the next 5- 10 years to repair/ rebuild the Foundation of Buffalo sports. Bills are my focus. Wishing and them great success ! It's for the good of everyone to show patience and " trust the Process " . so to your point Hap, yes I agree. They will figure it out. Go Bills !! I can imagine they have been quite attentive to details through out the their " regime" Its having an effective plan in place for the change that takes so much time. I read a transcript of Business Model that was proof of a method. Surround your self with Professionals smarter than you. And be one hell of a good judge of character and reading the interactions of teams. Kim can likely do that. Terry is too mushy. he probably likes Math equations

pretty stupid doctors. epic fail. he is full of it. he ran the wrong routes. his timing and steps as the ball came were horrendous. well his brother caught him it was a height issue and passing lanes than did not open. and all that other stuff too agreed Dennison wanted him to drop and throw, the WRs couldn't get open and no timing/trust was ever developed. Whole thing was tough to watch mostly

Good points. Next year is FA heaven Bills will be filthy rich and be forced to spend to the cap. LOL. Drafting a Starting guard or tackle next season would be do able. But Bills could perhaps get a plug and play O lineman in FA as well. Next year's offseason looks even more exciting to me !

Of course, as are RTs. McD likes disguising secondary. Having flex players who can play corner safety etc allows for that to work best. do not have to sub and give the Offense a Tell as much. Because Bills do run a four three you need 4 corners and four safeties worth a darn. and ST depth who can step in on D as well

This is where we diverge. Because you are not looking into the deeper aspects of the act. if the table wins the contest again and again. The Opponent will be overwhelmed with the feeling of defeat. One season of more mellow/sallow table crashers who admit defeat and wallow in introspection till December. By then they will have a new Model of Celebration via Defiance. No, I am saying we Have a Team and we almost didn't. thats was a rather Big deal for some of us! Thats a starting point. Looks like they have learned from the Marrone Rex errors ( too early ) But the trend is slower than some of us wish. I think a foundations is being built brick by brick by Pegulas. of course it does not. But i would want nothing less than Great People to root for . And I surely want them to have wonderful successes in Buffalo sports. Rochester Americans etc. and a strong and positive influence in the city of Buffalo. The trick is often hiring the right Folks to make it happen in the manner you wish, over time. i think they have, a clue and learning as they go is fine
