  1. So John Brown is putting up #1 WR numbers but you don’t think he’s a #1 WR because of....reasons? Is your only knock against Brown that he isn’t a big physical WR who is going to go up for jump balls? If so that’s a lame reason.
  2. you know, before the season started people were hyped with all the new guys on offense and expected Allen to make a big jump. Now that it hasn’t happened it’s because the people we added aren’t good enough.
  3. LaCanfora is a joke
  4. what exactly is a real #1 receiver?
  5. Hmmmm maybe jack’s grandson should wear gloves
  6. Mason might be left handed. Somebody should tell him
  7. Lol Rudolph wtf was that
  8. We beat bad/mediocre teams because our defense is good enough to contain them. We lose against good teams because our offense isn’t good enough to keep up. Welcome to the McD era.
  9. cant judge him until he gets a #1 WR, #1 TE, top OTs and great running game and before anyone has a panic attack, I’m kidding
  10. I haven’t checked for 3rd and long specifically but ESPN has the splits based on down and distance.
  11. Thanks for stating the obvious but that doesn’t answer my question.
  12. McD has had nothing but bad offenses. Where is all the confidence that he'll get it fixed coming from?
  13. I hate these comparisons so much. I hate these comparisons so much.
  14. Here is where this discussion turns stupid. First of all, you can't guarantee Allen would win us 2 SBs despite being a horrible turnover machine. Second, back in 2007 QBs were still getting massive rookie contracts so the incentive to stick with a guy you just paid $60mil to was greater than it is today. Bad QBs have won SBs before. It doesn't mean I should want to put up with a bad QB simply because some other bad QB won it all a decade ago.
  15. If you're looking for QB performance on 3rd down specifically... Allen 2019: 30/50, 383 yards, 60% completion, 4 TDs, 2 INTs, 94 QB rating. 10 rushes for 46 yards and 0 TDs 2018: 40/93, 508 yards, 46% completion, 1 TD, 4 INTs, 49 QB rating. 25 rushes for 122 yards and 0 TDs Tyrod 2017: 87/131, 907 yards, 66% completion, 6 TDs, 3 INTs, 92 QB rating. 34 rushes for 214 yards and 1 rushing TD. 2016: 66/118, 828 yards, 58% completion, 6 TDs, 2 INTs, 87 QB rating. 23 rushes for 134 yards and 2 rushing TDs. 2015: 61/85, 820 yards, 71% completion, 4 TDs, 1 INT, 117 QB rating. 21 rushes for 137 yards and 1 rushing TD.
  16. Allen 2019: 34% - 23rd 2018: 31% - 30th (He did not play the entire year obviously) Tyrod 2017: 41% - 9th 2016: 40% - 13th 2015: 37% - 19th https://www.teamrankings.com/nfl/stat/third-down-conversion-pct?date=2016-02-08 Again, this is 3rd down conversion percentage as an offense. If that’s what you meant.
  17. I would complain a lot on the internet if this happened
  18. Patrick Mahomes. He’s hurt and his value took a hit..get it done. Might as well include Andy Reid in the deal as well. We’ll cover the cost of his food so the compensation is fair.
  19. Seemed like you were looking for an argument that wasn’t there. Why else would you put words in my mouth? Regardless, this (whatever it is)has run its course.
  20. I know you’re trying really hard at some clever gotcha moment but it’s not working. The comment was about the fans being able to admit something about our QB. My response was pointing out how fans have been reluctant/refuse to admit when our QB was bad. I’m not sure why this is so difficult for you to understand.
  21. I thought my point was pretty clear. Even if Allen is bad, there will still be people who will argue otherwise (like they did for EJ and Tyrod) and call you a hater. It won’t be until the team moves on that they will finally accept that said QB was in fact not good.
