  1. anything I could say about anyone reprehensible enough to be in favor of seeing the Bills move from Buffalo would be against the board's code of conduct...totally scumbag thing to support
  2. I think most teams allow former greats the freedom to go where they want like that...just that few care enough about their former teams the way guys like Jim and Thurman and Darryl do also, you forgot AVP...Kelly's backup in 95...and Thurman is close with Alex as well
  3. There might be some more former players on there as well...those are just the ones I know right off the top of my head...Talley, Thurman, and Patti Thomas are a blast to follow...total class people and fun...Patti's hilarious
  4. highly unlikely...Lee's always been a class guy...Marshawn maybe?
  5. All joking aside, T.O. was one of the players As far as who's on there Thurman and Darryl for former players...Bruce will be on if Thurman's wife has her way...lol also Marcellus, Winfield, Riemersma, and Spikes current Moorman Whitner Owens Levitre Roscoe Mitchell Evans Florence Lydell Sargeant Nelson Hardy Steve Johnson Maybin
  6. Bingo...10am is late...lots open at 8am...real tailgaters are there no later than 8:30...I'm there at 5:30
  7. must not like to tailgate leaving that late
  8. doesn't matter...still blacked out http://support.directv.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1670
  9. If it's in the blackout zone, it doesn't matter if the bar has a dish or not...they legally aren't allowed to carry the game and their receiver won't pick the game up anyway. I remember a long time ago that bars were getting fined for showing blacked out games....they were giving their satellite provider a false address so that they didn't get blacked out. A buddy of mine is a big Browns fan living in Hamburg and his DirecTV is registered to a Cleveland address...so he gets Cleveland local stations and all the Browns games.
  10. where? try everywhere you look. Where were you when all that happened? Certainly not on any of the 4 big Bills message boards because all 4 of them had plenty of threads bitching about their actions. Maybe you should come out of your fantasy world once in a while. Few facts for you, though Lynch has been in trouble twice with the law since becoming a Bill...the hit-and-run and the incident with the gun the McIntyre thing got a lot of people pissed off at him even though the whole charge seemed bogus from the start. as much as we're fed up with the BS that the players have done over the years, a convicted felon is still worse than all of them combined...anyone can be charged with a crime...McIntyre was falsely accused and people still harass him about it. A conviction is a lot bigger deal, though.
  11. we wouldn't be able to see it at the local bar if it's blacked out......
  12. average QB on his best days...if you want a QB with that skill set, there's gonna be a guy available in a few hours after the UFL Championship game...cheaper and a good citizen as opposed to a convicted felon
  13. He was an average QB on his best days...if you really want someone with his skill set, the starting QB for the Las Vegas Locomotives wants back in the NFL. There's a few pluses to that He won't come at a ridiculous price in regards to his ability...Vick's scheduled to make $5M next year...totally doesn't deserve it He also is a good guy in the community....not a convicted felon STOP WITH THE VICK CRAP ALREADY!!! Just say no to convicted felons!!! I'd sooner see that cowardly piece of crap thrown over the Falls and electrocuted than to ever see him set foot in Buffalo.
  14. They've all sucked since Kelly retired....wake up and put away the Flutie blow-up doll Flutie didn't lead us to the playoffs...the #1 defense in the NFL did that....that stupid little **** cost us the division with his poor play
  15. funny, too...Bledoe's biggest issue was staring down his WRs..that's something that Edwards picked up, not JP
  16. since you're new here, I'll give you a pass and assume you just started following the sport...though the handle makes me almost question that last part Football is the ultimate team game and to give credit for wins to a single player, no matter the position, is not only ignorant, it's insulting to that player's teammates. In 98, Flutie played well and was an asset to the team in getting to the playoffs...of course then he choked when he was being counted on the most at the end of the game. In 99, anyone who understands the game and saw the Bills play knows Flutie SUCKED (although obviously there are many people who play with their Flutie blow-up dolls who will try to deny that). He did make a few plays here and there and, to be fair, didn't suck all the time that season. However, for a good chunk of that season, he had a very stupid habit. There were frequent times throughout the games that Moulds and Reed were wide open and Flutie refused to throw the ball, opting instead to tuck the ball and run. Now, whether his reasons be to get himself on highlight shows, because he was too short to see them, or because his arm wasn't strong enough to throw the ball far enough is anyone's guess. Ron Jaworski pointed this problem out on his Matchup show back in the day, I recall...saying defenses didn't have to worry about covering WRs after they got deep because Flutie was never gonna throw it to them. It's true we went 10-5 with him under center...but there were a few games in there that his bad habit cost us...we could've hosted a playoff game or even won the division had he played QB lthe way the position is meant to be played. You see, the team had something going for it as far as winning games that year....it was called the #1 DEFENSE IN THE NFL!
  17. must be if he thinks Flutie was a pretty good QB

  20. Scott was out with a high ankle sprain when we picked up Draft
  21. I don't think he would've been cut under the current coaching if we weren't trying to run the no-huddle

  24. ditto...I wasn't upset when we retained Jauron...only because I get the whole continuity thing...(wasn't happy about it but wasn't upset either) but as soon as I heard the news that Shanny was cut loose, I started hoping beyond hope that Ralph would change his mind
