    the only 2 players that would have been better long term picks to help the bills defense were Harvey and Rivers and they went early as expected./ Bills did a good job of reading the draft and not panicking to move up needlessly. As usual, the length of the post does not cover up the error of your logic.

    you may not know squat. but there is a faction that has been aware of the overhyped status of these WRs. They are tall - but not much else. 2 WRs off the board and none of the "TALL" WRs

    why because he knew that all of the WRs are severely overrated. Dallas has come out and said that there is not a WR in this draft that would be better than the production they got from Terry Glenn - who was injured for 95% of the year. pretty strong stuff or smoke screen

    Long is the safest pick in the draft which is why he goes instead of Dorsey. However, Falcons would be better off with Dorsey than Ryan. Ryan is not much better than the other QBs which can be had late in 1st round. Ryan is probably not as good an NFL prospect as Brady Quinn and he dropped to #22.

    Dorsey will go #3. Florio had a report Raiders were trying to move up to #2. Until they get to the podium, this is still speculation

    other than the RB - which is unlikely, the Bills should just keep the pick and take Albert and Harvey. you can keep Shlockey- he's injury prone, a whiner and can't run the seam anymore anyway.

    In Gaughan article, he has Jordy Nelson attending Vanderbilt. The only WR with NFL grades out of Vanderbilt is Earl Bennett. Freudian slip on what the Bills are really thinking or is the News sports dept just really bad?

    this would be great! The Bills trainers could get a permanent visitor or two and Overdorf can re-negotate a couple hugely oversized contracts to get these guys into camp. but don't worry - if Shepard refuses to show - we will include a clause sending him back to Philly in exchange for a 7th rounder next year.

    don't worry if the Bills are moving up, they will overpay as they historically do

    Lee Evans was not the BPA. Both Tommie Harris and Vince Wilfork were better players at a much more difficult position to fill. TD was blinded by trying to create a legacy for himself by manufacturing his tripletts. After ignoring DL to take Evans, he reached big time to use 3 picks on JP on the futile hope of molding him into a top flight NFL QB.

    1. ATl picks #3 2. Chiefs will take Ghoulson at #5 and OT at #17 or move up if they have to 3. Bills will not take CB at #11 if Harvey, Mayo and Albert are still on the board. If they don;t take one of these guys they will be able to trade down with KC or Philly

    why not a #1 next year in addition to a 2nd and 3rd. Detroit probably does not even need to move up to take another WR
