Wow, .500? That's sad. I want playoffs or bust. That's what's wrong with your thinking and the powers that be at OBD. The Bills CAN turn this thing around, THIS SEASON. It's called Free Agency. It means you may have to overpay to bring in All-Pro talent to make this a better team, to bring leadership, and to bring in players with an attitude of been there, done that. You can draft all the talent in the world. You still need leadership on the field to bring this team around. There are no players on this team who have been to the playoffs or players I see that bring that leadership. The team is completely and utterly devoid of it, and that's the Bills downfall. I expect them to be a better team, but not a playoff team, unless they go against their thought process and bring in Free Agents to help turn this team around. It's the only way the Bills will improve.

You might have too. If the rumor is true Carolina drafts Newton, and Denver is drafting Miller, this will more than likely be our guy. The Bills are still built to play 4-3. They could go back to that if they believe Dareus would be more effective...

Newton must having something special if Buddy is ready to risk his short GM career on drafting the guy. Buddy obviously has weighed everything out and sees more upside in drafting him than letting him get away. Right now its on Carolina. If it's true Denver takes Miller. The Bills most likely will get Dareus if the rumor is true Carolina takes Newton.

The 2010 draft was a piss poor draft. If you can't get 3-4 starters out that group, that counts as a bad draft to me. They have to do waaay better starting tomorrow night, if they want to get out of the cellar. They should know this, but it is the Bills. You know, the guys who are too smart for us and know what their doing. Obviously Tom Modrak is god and we're just pee-ons compared to his knowledge of scouting talent.

It's a toss up right now as far as Carolina will go. The Bills board is Newton, Dareus, Miller, so it will be 1 of the 3 we get depending on whom the Panthers and Broncos take.

I believe the Bills will take Miller before Gabbert. If Newton is @ 3, I believe they will take him. I just think they Have Miller higher rated, and with the defense needing the help. I can't see the Bills passing on Miller... Regardless, I'm sticking to my guns. The Bills will draft Miller or Newton depending who is drafted first...

Agreed. If He made the catch, it would have been nice. He tried. The Team tried. Their effort was waaaay better than it's ever been. We snook up on some teams and made them think twice. We still are a bad football team. 4-12 is bad team. It's just been a bad organization from top to bottom, for years now. This year we'll know if Nix/Gailey know what they're doing. Can we have the best draft ever? Can we go after High Impact Free Agents? This season can turn us around big time, if they make the RIGHT decisions. If we have draft picks come in and start. If they go after high end free agents. If we see 7 wins or better, atleast we'll know we're on the right path. If we stay the same or worse, then we know nothing will happen until we have a new owner of the Buffalo Bills that wants a Lombardi Trophy. It's that simple.
