  1. Fox 59 (Indy) is carrying the game here in central Indiana
  2. No surprise. He was a bad fit. Running down his staff and poor relationship with the players was the end.
  3. Watching the game change since the 1960s. The current PI rule was in response to DBs intentionally interfering on deep throws. NFL wanted to enhance the passing game and changed the rule. Now the WRs are causing PI by their actions. Since it is a judgement call, the NFL does not want a review done. The experiment several years ago cured them of reviews. Look for the NFL officiating staff to have the refs be more aware of the intentional short passes or WRs causing contact in the off season. Doubt there will be a rule change.
  4. I am optimistic too. With Davis in for Sanders the offense moves. Defeat the Panthers then on to NE. Hope for good weather. Want to see the Bills beat NE on their field.
  5. I did not think he was worthy of a first round pick. People forget after the KC loss, the lack of a consistent pass rush was viewed by many as a reason they lost. He might be a good player but the Bills had more pressing needs.
  6. Allen will play and the Bills will win.
  7. Sanders has not lived up to expectations. Gabe Davis is a better all around WR. His blocking and physical runs after the catch are impressive. Hope to see him start this game and torch Carolina.
  8. What MLB in the NFL is asked to cover a WR on a crossing route? H
  9. NFL ex refs, executives etc are coming out and saying the Bills got screwed. I am of the school of thought that the bad officiating hurts both thems. This game was glaring on its one sidedness.
  10. That is the problem. The defense is built to stop the pass. Last summer ESPN polled more than 50 executives, coaches, scouts and players for its rankings on players. Edmunds was ranked in the top ten. That is the assessment from the pros. One thing we all forget is the D line has to occupy the OGs. Edmunds and Milano to often are taking them on at the second level.
  11. Vanderesch is injury prone an d Dallas declined his fifth year option. The other two were projected as OLB. The Bills saw Edmunds as a potential MLB. That has not born out but he has the range and speed to be an effective OLB. If you watched last nights game closely, they had him rushing the QB fro the outside. He was disruptive and that is his future position.
  12. They had a few of these. RB got 50 plus yards, Bucs held to 137 rushing yards. Scored more than 17. Got tow sacks. Gronk was okay and not TDs. The coaches did it again leading fans calling for heads to roll.
  13. No defense being played. Fun game to watch. He is scatter shot in his passing. Needs an off season with a QB guru and an improved O line. He is running for his life most games.
  14. He took the hit in the press conference on the winning pass play. That is leadership. He is maturing into a better player. He has a long way to go to be earning big money. You would be surprised if you heard the positive things other teams say about him. The guy is an outside LB IMO
  15. I can see them winning out.
  16. Thanks for sharing. It points out the shortcomings in the officiating.
  17. McD will have to divorce himself from the old conservative head coach thinking. The NFL has changed. Going for it on fourth down is now the trend. Red Zone offense is stagnant. Have to be smart, innovative and aggressive. They are none of these.
  18. He has not had any pop inn the pass rush and keeping out there was confusing. Not like they were going to run. Bring in the young blood.
  19. Davis is a starter. Sanders is a one and done. Team will look different next year
  20. Allen had over 400 yards offense.
  21. This second half gives me hope that the Bills will run the table.
  22. Head turned to the ball. Defending it. No PI!
  23. Has anyone asked why Dabol is afraid to have routes run over the middle. TB showed how to run to the middle in a trips t one side with Evans.
  24. This is an emotional and silly statement. He is not the one who called the defense. No LB should be asked to cover a WR.
