Good move to bring in a guy who knows the defense and personnel. He can play special teams and can be a veteran presence on the field and sideline for the young DBs. This will factor in later down the line (Miami, NY Jets and NE games)
They could not figure out what to do with him this season. He was third in the depth chart. Phillip Lindsey was ahead of him so his touches were limited to a pass threat. Two years ago when they had Rivers as QB, he was more effective (63 catches)
Living here in Indy I am hearing from friends that are huge Colts fans. They love Hines. He was stuck behind Taylor and an under performing O line. Moss was going no where in Buffalo. Having another receiving threat makes the Bills more dangerous.
Last season's drive to the Super Bowl reminds us to never take success for granted. They rebuilt the O line and the new version is just as bad as last year's. Bengals secondary is mediocre. The Cincinnati pass rush is inconsistent. They will eked into the play offs and bounce out.
Allen admitted to "bone headed" mistakes. Problem is the Bills make these errors in every game. Clean up the mistakes. Sloppy play has plagued them all season.
