Barr is 255 and 6 foot 5. He plays tall and can be pushed around. He's got one move - a speed rush ala Maybin. He's a project and better suited for a OLB in a 3-4. As a DE in a 43 he'd be knocked around and swallowed up by good NFL OT's.
This, heard a lot of comparisons to Maybin. He just isn't worth the risk. We need a hit in the first round if we want to take the next step.

STOP MAKING THREADS LIKE THIS

The Bears are in a desperate need for a DL and so are many team behind them. I think the Bills should try to pull a trade off with them at 9 to give them the best DL available. We pick up their 1st, 3rd, and 5th round picks, draft Ebron at 14 grab a big WR at 2 then use the rest to fill out our lineup... Thoughts?
just stop with these stupid threads.

I would give a bag of peanuts for graham.

I couldn't agree more with Cuban, NFL is a great entity but their time will come. They need to be wary of focusing too much on the money or they will be pushed to the side.
-
If you think a guy is there thats better than EJ then yes, if not then No. Its really that simple.
-
great post, most of which I do agree with. Looking back on games this year it was very apparent how much EJ struggled stepping up in the pocket. If pressure came from the interior he really struggled. He needs to learn to make quicker decisions and play his foot correctly when dealing with pressure and drive into his throws so they are more accurate.

If you can get watkins for a 2nd or 3rd I think you do it. By far the best wideout to come out in the past 3 years. I hate the idea of trading up, but he is the real deal and we mine as well give EJ all he can to succeed. If he is gone though I would still love Evans and never look back. Think its a huge mistake to take a RT that early but thats just me.

agreed with the above posters. they are going all in for the next 2 years but are going to be in deep **** by 2016/2017. They will have to do a full rebuild and it won't be pretty.

I was a first grader. lol

pats version aint too shabby either.

out with the old and in with the new. 3 years they should have full and absolute control of this team. If it doesn't work out at least we can't say we didn't try.

probably one of the most interesting threads on here for awhile. I guess the point is either way whatever they are doing is working and working well. I think the thing about the Seahawks that makes them so perplexing to everyone is the fact that in all truthfulness they won the big one without a "star" player (sure you could say Sherman or Thomas but neither of those positions is important enough to do it themselves). We have spent the last decade learning how an elite QB (and with good stats to back the claim up) is the only way to a Super Bowl and they just blew that idea out of the water.
No matter what they are on they have unbelievable depth. They lost browner they didnt miss a beat, Harvin missed 95% of the season no biggie. They have significant depth EVERYWHERE.
Furthermore the most underrated aspect of the coaches is their ability to know when a player is ready. Christine Michael spent basically the whole season behind lynch and if at the end of next year Lynch cap hit becomes too much they will be ready to roll with him. They say when you are driving you need to look 12 seconds ahead. The true dynasties of this league see 2 seasons ahead. Most of their late picks get that extra time to develop into the mold of what they want and therefore when they are thrust into battle they are much better than other teams.
Problem is you have to have a good core to do that and right now the bills have too many holes to make moves like that. That being said I wouldn't at all be upset seeing a 3-5th rounder taken on an RB or something along those lines.

I wouldn't take a RT at 9 but thats just me. Many good RT's have come in the 2nd and 3rd round plus I actually think LG is a more pressing issue. I would rather see a TE/WR or LB in the first but thats just me.

does not even remotely seem like its making fun of the bills, its a !@#$ing movie get over yourself

No, I think he has talent but I would way rather take Mack. Im in the midwest as well so this isn't a UB bias. Watching that OSU game made me a believer.
-
literally what a freaking idiot. I don't know how he can honestly think his team is heading in the right direction if he keeps giving out these ludicrous contracts.
-
honestly why not? Brandon has sold his soul for far worse and detrimental to the team PR stunts before why not at least increase our national awareness/branding.
-
Never a good sign, seems to be down to him or quinn. Frankly with the staff Cleveland had in place I have no idea how they see whatever either of these two could bring would be an upgrade.
-
thad is signed another year.
-
he's awful. Watch him and see. He also wants big money so no thanks.

don't even get at a;; what the problem with it is?

I love the bills more than life itself but I really don't believe in anything I saw that he's the guy.
