a win.
No injuries.
Exactly this (although a shot of pegula wouldn't hurt)
I went to the game yesterday and couldn't have been less impressed with the Bears crowd. They were only really "loud" on 3-5 occasions. At the Ralph its like that level 40 times.

Was a pleasant surprise to have punting that actual helped not hurt us today.

in chicago, trying to get my ass in the game

Wont be there tomorrow but moving to NY next summer and will look forward to being there next season

Yep. We're at 207 RSVP's right now for a bar that can only hold 200 people.
So...yeah.
Also, here's all you need to know: Lincoln Station has a kitchen and projects the game on a wall and has places to sit.
Delilah's is crammed, there's one or two ****ty TV's and you have to order delivery from some place else.
It's different strokes for different folks. I understand the preferences for both spots.
11:30 at the latest, I'd suggest. 11:00 to be safe.
Thanks Big Cat! Lincoln Station it is.

To
Show up where and for what ?
To either of the Bills bars on Sunday (I was assuming they would be pretty packed)
-
Does anyone know what time would be necessary to show up?

Going to Chicago with a couple of college buddies (1 Bills fan + me, 2 Bears fans) to watch one of the big college football games as well as obviously the Bills game. Tickets have finally started to drop a bit (at least on Craigslist) but I don't think I will be able to get my friends to jump in unless the unlikely chance that they fall around the $80 range.
Anyways my question is between the 2 Bill Backers bars which one suits the younger crowd more (assuming Delilah's) and bouncing off that what would be a good time to head over there to ensure that we have a spot come game time.
Looking forward to the weekend and appreciate the responses in advance.

Ill be honest I don't understand why people get so upset about it, one of the things that is great about the board (and has gotten better since I have been here) has been the sense of realism. Of course you get the homers from both sides but all-in-all most people take things as they are. We get overexcited when something goes right and overreact when something goes wrong.

gonna stray from Bills predictions because at the moment I am not so bullish on their prospects.
I will say Brady will get injured this year at some point forcing Garappolo to start. He will play good at first (or so it seems) but then never really improve from there causing the pats to just squeak into the playoffs.
NFC: Jay Cutler (assuming plays all 16 games) will be NFL MVP and the Bears will be in the NFC Championship.

If you run away from your team you probably run away from a lot of things in life.
Frankly you seem like a huge p***y who pretends to be some outsider but is really just a dumbass.

“I’ll just lie down and bleed a while,
“And then I’ll rise and Fight again.”

"I See This Chicago Game As Most Important in over 10 Years"
I dont, this team is far worse than I or anyone else thought. Top 5 pick for cleveland.

Uh... looking at footwork, play action, and the way he delivers the ball..... Good thing there is no 'Open Competition' for EJ lol. I will LMAO if he comes in and tears the Lions a new one and looks better than anyone we have had in awhile.
That said watch his Presser, this kid is going to be a coach someday.
lol to you, he's been cut from 5 teams.

visit every day, post depending on the news.
-
could see the bills going after bradford next year if he gets cut.

My top three concerns:
1) EJ Manuel
2) EJ Manuel
3) EJ Manuel
The success of this team ultimately boils down to the quarterback. The most important position in footfall.
This^

Always the best and always appreciated, thanks Astro!

Looks like the kids will be getting very little help this season.

Lots of good & bad posts on this thread but I have to be rational and agree with the side of "why would they respect us at all".
You can say what you want about potential (which I happen to agree with) but its only potential right now and with 4/5 of our last seasons ending with 6/10 we deserve to be taken lightly. Only way you can change that is on the field.
One last thing about the Bears W.R's: anyone who watched Marshall & Alshon play on the field at the same time would know that we are a long way away from that. I agree that we probably have more depth at the position were one of them to go down but they have 2 top 10 wideouts on their team.

if our QBs continue to stink it up. He was visibly disappointed in all three of his QBs.........as was I.
If you saw the game you'd have to admit that Manuel was horrible. He stares down his receivers way too much. Three blocked passes out of seven. Are you shttin' me?? Not impressive at all.
Tuel looked the best of the three, but he's not ready to lead this team. He's a below average #2 NFL QB.
Lewis was terrible. He showed no confidence in the pocket. To be fair, his LT E. Coughman was an absolute turnstile. He'll get cut if he plays like that again.
I'm just shocked that the Bills think they can win with these guys at QB.
If there are three worse QB groups in the NFL I'd like to hear somebody name them.
I know, it's just PS game #1. Still, it wasn't very encouraging.
Seriously?
-
Tuel just doesn't have NFL talent plain and simple. At last Dixon and Lewis have that, what a waste of a roster spot.
-
As a WR, Easley
Easley never really did anything, someone on this board decided he could be like this stud wide receiver and since we literally had nobody we all got pretty excited about him, more of a training camp wall of fame guy.

Literally hate doing these threads after week 1. I liked what I saw but it is still a long season, hopefully we can keep building from here.
