  1. maybe kolb can get hurt, and then tuel, and then we can bring my yancy thigpen
  2. It's a typo. And to suggest that Frasier is some moron from the street whose opinion doesn't deserve your attention is ignorant. He's well respected around the league...
  3. Play EJ three quarters, let kolb play the fourth... that's what Marrone should do. Kolb sucks.
  4. It certainly seems that way... if you can navigate beyond the silly pay wall, here's the link.... This could be an interesting topic to discuss. It's good that we're finally on the other end of one of these situations http://blogs.buffalo...ml?ref=bcr#more Sounds like a loser's mentality -- That tampa 2, dungy, dick jauron approach -- don't be aggressive, don't play to win, don't get hurt and try not to lose. I'm glad our coaches played aggressive. It's football -- play football. Maybe Frazier is still upset the Bills passed him by for Gailey... But your offense got smacked around and looked inept, Frazier. If you don't like it, play better... Such a difference from Irsay's response to last week, for example... who pointed the blame for the loss at his own coaches. Frazier does the opposite!
  5. i watched the game live (i live abroad and can do that). EJ looked quick and decisive when going through his reads. kolb looked bad. he looked tentative, uncertain, and his passes were inaccurate. he also runs the offense more slowly than EJ. EJ looked so decisive and deliberate. one would think the competition is over, providing EJ doesn't look awful next week. but even if he does look awful, why play kolb? kolb is a defined quantity, after all. EJ really looks the part of an NFL QB... i mean, really look the part. he looks great.

  7. This is good news. Odds are Kolb will get injured playing against the Vikings starters. This guy is clearly injury prone... it just is... What are the odds in Vegas that Kolb gets knocked out of the game? I think it's a BS move by Marrone. I would cut Kolb.
  8. Warren Sapp is an idiot. He's an idiot when he praises Buffalo, he's an idiot when he criticizes Buffalo. Why would anyone care what Warren Sapp says -- Warren Sapp is an idiot...
  9. someone in the other thread was saying that kiko alonso is ray lewis. this guy welsh is surely the new jonathan ogden. all kidding aside, any bills fans not worried about this is drinking way too much koolaide. this is kind of alarming. but i also remember that gailey benched levitre for one practice a few years ago. hopefully this is just one of those things. if glenn can't be our left tackle my opinion of nix will go way down (i've been reserving judgement on him).
  10. Ray Lewis is Kiko Alonso? I also recall someone comparing Trent Edwards to Joe Montana. Both statements are equal in their accuracy...
  11. Don't clog up a Bills message board with a story about the Bills from a Senior Sports columnist, whose primary job is to write about the Bills? I don't think there is a more appropriate place to discuss something like this, in the world! Wow. But surely none of your ten thousand, virtuous posts, have clogged up the board. such pointless arrogance rarely have i seen...
  12. i haven't listened in years. but as far as i can tell no one likes schopp. in fact, it's clear that many hate him. it's true that he's a total prick. censor me if you will, but prick is clearly the best word to describe him. how the guy still has a job is a mystery to me, but maybe acting like a prick equals big ratings? the only radio i can tolerate is the john murphy show, and i stream that from the bills website. i've blocked the wgr website from my browser, so i'm not tempted to check it. the website is so poorly designed, the photography, everything, that whole organization is a two-bit operation...
  13. there should be no argument from anybody that Cookie Gilchrist is currently the biggest omission. people need to brush up on the team's history and stop only suggesting recent players... 50+ years, folks... Please tell me this is sarcastic?! Shawn Bryson? Angelo Crowell -- a below average linebacker who had no career. TO played for one season, he is ineligible. you need to have played for at least three seasons...
  14. always though he could play a welker type role. surprised it took him this long to get another shot... he caught everything thrown at him and burned the superbowl champs for a long score. strange that still nobody thinks he can play...
  15. eh, i try to be progressive about these kind of things, but i wouldn't want my little girl to see that. maybe stevie would want his daughters to think of his a f*ck-machine...? i mean, i like to **** as much as the next guy, but i try not to make a big deal about it...
  16. I seem to remember that jones has a serious medical problem, something wrong with his kidneys. ya know, that could be the reason... all the venom towards him just shows how bitter most people are about... life!
  17. ??? i haven't been watching (i live abroad) or checking espn's website in, well, i've lost count... a few years. this is retarded. and to think people actually pay money for that insider crap...
  18. silly. who cares. there is nothing wrong with gun enthusiasts. this is coming from a pro-control socialist. the NFL is so afraid of offending everyone it's gotten to the point of absurdity. tim graham, his job is to write about the bills 365 days a year. there is so little news right now that journalists have to invent things that are interesting. nothing to see here.
  19. IT'S NOT MANDATORY FOR BYRD. HE'S CANNOT ATTEND the bills minicamp, BECAUSE HE HAS NO CONTRACT. similarly, he cannot attend the Detroit Lions minicamp. HE IS A RFA.
  20. i don't understand the posts written so far. all i know is that this is absolutely hilarious, a comedy!! ocho cinco got thirty days in jail for slapping his attorney on the ass.... if you don't see the humor in this??? then maybe you need to loosen up. remember when he wore his hall of fame coat on the sidelines? hahaha but really, this is like something you'd find in the Onion... soo funny...
  21. i didn't know players from the practice squad were allowed to play in 50 nfl games. must be a new rule...
  22. jim kelly is treated like jesus christ around these parts, and anyone who suggests otherwise is a heathen. i wish him the best of health, but to pretend that he is some sort of messiah just shows how psychotic some people are... his wife seems really really depressive... they've had a tough go of it with their child, but that's not unlike a lot of people in this world -- who are thrown to the wolves and told by all of you to pull themselves up by their bootstraps. the former bills players who hang around the team, cough, jim and thurman, cough, it's kind of sad. bruce smith had the right idea... come back sometimes, sure, but don't leech off the team with your hands out... jim shouldn't have spent so much on coke during his career, maybe then he wouldn't need to shill so much.... that said, i still wish him the best of health. he is among toughest of players to have played and i'm sure he'll pay the price for his toughness in this latter years with health problems
