I think it is a 2 year plan , and i think Nix wants to build the D this year, and the offense next year. Well, i think he has done a superb job at building the D, and has also done something to our offense with the addition of Spiller.

Washington killed us. Glad he's gone, but now the jets only have greene and tomlinson. Tomlinson is washed up by now, and greene was only a rookie last year. Dont expect the run game to be as dominant as it was.

Jason Cambell is still on the block...i wouldnt mind trading a 5th for him.

I think we'll take Cambell in round 4, and Lefevour or Pike in round 5. I see us going offense the rest of the way. We still have six more picks, and you never know, after all Brady was selected in the 6th round

Since he has not yet drafted a QB or OT in rounds 1-3, im sure he has a plan to somehow build this line, and find a franchise QB. There is just no way he would pick a rb, a NT and DE, without any plans to build the line or for a QB. I think we will all be pleasently surprised in the near future

For the first time in years, i think we can say we are headed in the right direction. Many people expect us to be good overnight..well, it doesnt work that way. We just got 3 SOLID PLAYERS in the draft, and if you look at the offseason, we havent lost anybody important to our team. GO BILLS! GO NIX!

Now add Alex Carrington to the DE's. I am getting to be really excited about our defense. If we can just stay healthy, i think we can be a good if not great defense. We already have a good secondary, and i feel with the additons of edwards, davis, troup and carrington, we will be a much tougher and phyical defense.

I'm dissapointed they didnt pick a tackle, but this guy is supposidely a good pass rusher, with 9 sacks last season, so i think this might turn out to be an ok pick... thoughts....

It looks like he'll be available in the 2nd round, and WE NEED TO TRADE UP!! Give Lynch and our pick to the lions and draft claussen.. If this actaully happens, i will consider this draft as one of the best in bills history..

Hey does anyone here know at generally what time the bills will be picking tomorrow, the draft starts at 7:30 i believe and i wont be home untill about 9:30, but im worried i'll miss the pick

" Americas game" on NFL network, and they showed the bills 1990 season. I still get shivers from watching the super bowl against the giants, and the " wide right" kick. Wow, how much do we want that team back now!?

I would really like this aquistition, it would fill our needs at LB, at least for this year

We have waited 10 years already, and have nothing to be excited about, right? I guess we can all agree to this, but hey, Nix is doing something that shouldve been done a LONG time ago. REBUILD. This means that we do not go out there and spend tons of cash on FA's, but rather build through the draft. This process is frustrating, but i say about 90% of the time it will work. Maybe this season won't be a good one, but if we draft smart the next couple years we can have a very good football team in our hands. I am not giving up on this year at all, but through what we have done in free agency, it doesnt look like buddy is building his team for 2010, but rather 2011. Who knows, maybe this years team will surprise the NFL and make it to the playoffs, which has many times happened in proffesional sports. What i am saying is that we must stay patient with this team, because I GUARANTEE IT, WE WILL BE LEGIT CONTENDORS WITHIN 2-3 YEARS FROM NOW! Bill-ieve

No way in hell kennedy is better than williams at DE. Its also a big question mark on whether maybin and schobel can play olb. I'd much rather have williams at DE, and kennedy att NT if we sign him.

I won't mind that much if they don't make it to the playoffs this year, but as long as they give us 100% effort for all the games, and i expect all the games to be " watchable", which is probably not going to be the case lol, but nevertheless, i am demanding to at least see some signs of progression from last year

Im thinking we go with dan williams first round, and pick up a LT or QB with our second round pick. Right now, we cannot run a 3-4 w/o a NT, but we also cannot run an offense w/e a QB. On the other hand, i dont think LT should be a main priority in the first round, and maybe even second, although i wouldnt be angry if we get baluga or davis. I just think Dan Williams can make more of a immediate impact on our defense..
