No one was more surprised he made the interception than Epinessa himself. Guy had no idea what to do with the football in the EZ.

    TD celebration rating 2/10.

Tough to act like you've been there before when you've never been there before.

Useless trivia-his first college sack was on Josh.

This is all fun and games but he's not good anymore, he was cut for a reason. Hopefully everyone stays healthy!

I would like to see them try and find someone younger that they can stash away and coach up. We know who AJ Klein is at this point

That's the point. When you need to reach in to the practice squad it's good to know what you are (and aren't) getting.

He is making about $18 Million more than I am this year. You can call me any names you want for that. 😋

since he's making 22 million this year I'd say you're doing quite nicely as well (disclaimer: this thread is 15 pages long, this was posted almost a month ago, I didn't check to see if this has already been posted. Apologies if I'm being redundant.)

We are all just following in Josh's footsteps.

Went to the Bills at Panthers in 2017. At the half I just walked in to the men's room, no line. Now I know why!!

I guess if you're living with her, it's her prerogative.  Kinda like Fla.  I personally wouldn't live under those circumstances....Perhaps she doesn't want you to become a casualty of victim mentality.

Not sure how you got to this assumption, she, my brother and their kids were visiting my home for Christmas.

As long as it's honest.  Lying is the MO of much of the right now.  It's normalized in that sad tribe.  There are no horizons.  Just the abyss.  cultural nihilism which lead to nazism last century is prevalent.  I guess it's a common response to being losers who feel they can't win without cheating.

My SIL, who was dean of a community college (you know, a person that is supposed to encourage free thought and whatnot,) has thrown out two of my books because she didn't like the authors. If you've ever read any of the O'Reilly "killing" books they aren't political at all, just factual. Not really sure about the Ann Coulter book, didn't get a chance to read it.

You guys on the left are too easy to trick. It's like elementary school level.

That's why the country is in the mess it's in. Too many stupid gullible people.

    Free your minds for crissake

Been my experience that those on the left are all for free thinking. So long as those thoughts coinside with theirs.

  10. Dad lived to a few days shy of 101, mom until a few weeks short of 102 (would have made it if she hadn't broken her hip, maybe even 103, she was in pretty good shape until then. Dad not so much. ) Anyways both died at the family home, which was pretty much a nursing home the last 6 years, complete with a hoyer lift, hospital bed, 7 aides and 5 nurses. No more than 2 at any time, usually 1. Often I was the one.

How did they decide on 18 holes? I find that when I finish 9 holes I still have some interest, but generally by the 12th hole or so I’m just looking for the beer cart lady. 🍺 I think 12 is a good number!

While legend has it that there are 18 shots in a bottle of whiskey, there is no truth to that.

Originally, St. Andrews was 12 holes, 10 were usually played twice so a normal round was 22 holes. This was based on the lay of the landscape. In 1764 St Andrews combined the first 4 into 2 holes so there were now 10 holes, 8 of which were usually played twice. Other early 18th and 19th century courses were also built according to the landscape and were anywhere from 5 to 12 holes. As golf gained in popularity throughout the 19th century some uniformity was needed. St. Andrews began building double greens until it eventually became 18 separate holes rather than playing some holes twice. 1842 was the first time 18 holes was mentioned as the official round by the R&A. Gradually other courses followed suit, by the 1930's virtually all courses were some version of 18 holes, though it wasn't until 1950 when all governing bodies made 18 the official round. Short answer is everyone followed St. Andrews lead.

Apologies if this was a rhetorical question.

i dont play often enough but im always out back hitting balls into the pasture

    15handicap never walk

great game wish i had taken it up sooner

This is the best way to get better, go back 60 years and take it up at a younger age.

As for me, used to play softball 4-5 days a week and golf once or twice. When I hit 60 the softball had to go, golf 4-5 days a week now. With the exception of tournaments, I always walk. Belong to a private club that gets privileges at a public course( preferred tee times, tournaments, etc.) Also belong to a private club. Kind of an enigma, both a trunk slammin' muni-player and a country club snob.

As time goes on, and we learn more about the Owner/CEO of Oceangate, it's downright scary how negligent that guy was regarding safety for his company.

What's even more amazing is that he convinced loads of rich people to pay him exorbitant amounts of cash to get in that death trap, and go down 2 miles beneath the surface. Once again proves that rich people are not always as smart as we think they are/should be.

I wouldn't get in that thing if you paid me a quarter of a million, had to be a total idiot to actually pay that much.

If/when the conversation gets around to politics, I usually say " so, how bout those Bills?" Most often people get the hint and change the subject.

Just to clarify.  I'm 58 and have a high paying high-pressure job.  Looking to the future to do something after I'm done with this job, to make a few bucks, and keep busy.

Someone mentioned being a starter at a golf course. Both private clubs and the county courses are always looking for someone. Or outside mowing the course if you don't want to deal with anyone. If you work at Durand you might get the fringe benefit of having a beer with Steve O after your shift.

No "strike range" in football, hell, clothesline, wedges were legal, no 5 yard chuck rule, and  Bills AFL champions back to back. Pitchers pitched every 4th day, no pitch count or bat angles, All Star game was a real game, players wanted the winner's portion. No 3-point line in basketball...at least until the ABA.
