  1. Not sure what you are trying to say here, but character means something, even more if you don't produce. Also i hear jackson loves apple bees and dave and buster's. Mostly because his favorite athletes growing up were buster douglas and dave concepion
  2. Good offensive threat that had 18 yards rushing with two fumbles?
  3. This guy is garbage. Does anyone notice how our run game was good until marshawn came back? I used to love him, but i'm done with this thug. Even while being carted off the field he flicks off the fans. Release him and send him back to Oakland where he can ghost ride with Jamarcus. Start Fred Jackson and leave him in until he needs a break. He's paid his dues, is a class act and deserves to show he is one of the best all purpose backs in the nfl.... without carrying the guns, running over pedestrians, flicking fans off while being carted off, and doing hood rat things with his friends when he was 7 ( ) Lets go classy with this new era buffalo! Go back to the blue collar years! btw, didn't mind fewell as a coach today. showed some emotion.
  4. I'm praying they get a big name coach like Shanahan or Cowher, but I think people are forgetting this is the Bills. I am 90% sure they will hire Haslett, Fassell, Gilbride, or some other second teir crap and give us all some excuse that sounds exactly like this: "We feel that (enter crap coach here) has personality and the direction to turn this organization into a winning franchise". "Oh yeah, they were the only person we interviewed who would sign for the amount that we were willing to commit"
  5. Why wouldn't somebody take a shot at roughin up some M@sshole highschool kids? I know that's on my bucket list
  6. Haha, they have to be freaked out with trying to figure out what QB to prepare for. They are both so different and have such different ways each can beat you..
  7. I think we are going to have to settle for an OC/DC. Why would any proven coach want to come to Buffalo and work for a 90 year old owner that's had a history of not giving his coaches what they need. Unless..... the coach who does come in has complete control over personnel decisions
  8. No way Dungy would give up coaching a great organization like the colts, take one year off, and make his comeback with a team with one of the worst situations in the nfl.
  9. Marv Levy Or how bout a certain Coach Ditka?
  10. I think I could jump right in there and turn the franchise around with little problem. I already came up with a great idea: Kelly as Headcoach/OC, Thurman as RB coach, Reed as receivers coach, Talley as DC. It's so simple. I don't know why any of you guys haven't thought about this before......... O wait Anyways, I think you bring back winners into this organizations from our glory days you will be able to change the current attitude of the entire organization.
  11. The Bills were awful that year on kick coverage. I remember every opposing return was an adventure. After Christie kicked that field goal and the kickoff following i've never been so happy to so sad in that amount of time before.... strangest feeling ever, almost puked
  12. We should get him. Bench all of our WR's and run a wishbone offense with jackson, lynch and johnson. Or line all of them up as wideouts and go in full checkdown mode. There's your pop warner offense.
  13. Ralph will die by choking on his pork chops that were accidently not pre-chewed for him. The team will be sold to some billionare who announces he is moving the team to LA. We find out Jim Kelly's investment "group" only involves himself, as he suddenly announces he will run for one of Western Ny's congressional seat. Sabres lose to bruins 5-2...... Overall a bye week turns out to be the worst week the Bills could have.
  14. Agreed, put in Roscoe. He can still be the man and after benching him hopefully he'll have be driven to show other teams that might be interested in him that he's got the need for speed.
  15. I think he's a good analyst. Being a good analyst doesn't mean you have the ability to run a football team, otherwise most of those guys would be up in the front offices and not sitting in front of a camera on sundays
  16. Stupid post, if you were someone who believes in curses how could you not go as far back to 4 super bowl losses? Also as mentioned above flutie lost in pretty bad fashion the year before in the playoffs against miami. I didn't agree with Flutie's benching especially in that timely fashion, but it did seem to me that he was starting to lose a little bit of his flutie magic as that season went on.
  17. He's had less than a seasons worth of snaps playing for a browns team that like us can't develop squat, give him time to develop in a good system and i think he'd be a pretty good qb. That being said the Bills system could be worse than the browns and might not get any better in the future
  18. That's why I wish the NFL would allow Bills fans to buy the team after Ralph dies. How much better would the organization be run if season ticket holders/stake holders had a vote on what direction the team would go as far as personnel moves. Or it could turn out bad since this fan base has a tendancy to go at eachother when it comes down to certain moves aka flutie/johnson
  19. Put TO back to return punts, Mcgee as wr, and sit jackson because he was the least productive player we had the first few games of the season. Or.... go with plan B- Have Mooreman play both sides of the ball on special teams. Punter/PR
  20. People were complaining about the Texans picking Mario Williams #1 in the 2006 draft instead of Reggie Bush, and he underperformed his rookie year. I'm not saying Maybin is Mario Williams, but maybe it's to early to start calling Maybin a bust
  21. Who know's, maybe trents second concussion will make him think he's playing in 2008 and the bills are 4-0. Or maybe it will make him regress to the point where he thinks he's a nervous kicker.
  22. It was pretty much edwards. You can always say that the bills had a chance to win the game, but the bills would have gone 3 and out and given the browns great field position even if roscoe didn't muff that punt. You can tell that the coaching staff is done with Edwards which is very evident since Jauron already has named fitz the starter for next week and sidestepped questions about edwards losing his job when he is "healthy"
  23. TO's still got it, but we don't have a capable quarterback to get him the ball. Did you see how open TO was on the bomb fitz threw? For the most part it's our qbs. Evans had his best game of there year and he only had 75 yards receiving. Basically TO's in a situation now that moss was in when he played for the raiders. If you have an elite receiver but you don't have a qb who can get the ball to him the receiver's going to be unhappy.
