Hyde's physical abilities may not be at peak, but his ability to get guys int he right places, recognize things on the field and communicate is very valuable.

Extremely unlikely. There's nothing being reported from the organization that there is unhappiness with McDaniel. They're also very much behind Tua as the starter next year and reports about them being in on Carr/Garropolo/Etc is extremely unlikely.

Saleh cares a lot about his image. He gets upset by fan/media comments and changes the way he does things because of it. Statements like, "We'll see them again in the playoffs." and "I'm keeping receipts" are 'fake tough guy' acts. The whole running the stairs before games stuff. It's all a big act. He'll take orders and change coordinators if he's told to do so like he's been doing at QB. Jets fan liken him to Todd Bowles. Now, my view is that while it may discussed he won't be asked to change coordinators by Douglas or Woody.

I'm not sure how much you follow the Jets, but Saleh will absolutely put up with it.

The games already look like that. They do seem to be showing some signs they might start to do something with "new" referees being full time and while that will help, it's not a solution on it's own. They need to address the rule book that is overly complicated and due to the attempts to cover every possible thing that happens has made it impossible to enforce fairly. They also need to get rid of rules they don't want to enforce. These memos like the 'holding' one they sent out 2 offseasons ago are ridiculous. Don't send out a memo to call less holding.. fix the rule itself. Complexity does not solve problems and all they have is a complicated mess.
