Realistic and objective observations of society made me “like this”.  But if you’re not concerned, that’s your prerogative.  There used to be a poster on here who essentially claimed different strains of pot as being cures for just about every disease known to mankind.  That hasn’t panned out.

My buddies daughter has CDKL5.  She would suffer many seizures daily. They have an amazing dog that watches over her.  Whenever she has a seizure, the dog alerts my friend and his family.  They administer marijuana, and Haley stops shaking.  If that was your daughter, how would you view pot?

Disclaimer-I am pro Dog, pro Weed, pro Humanity, and pro Common Sense

Why do the Bills always play this song on gamedays?  The song is 20yrs old and, as far as I’m aware, has zero relevance to Buffalo.

In my opinion, playing this song comes off as tacky, outdated and simply put:  embarrassing.

    1. Why do we play this song?

    2. Who is responsible for selecting the playlist on game days.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

what would you prefer?  Taylor Swift?  Are you a Swiftie?

True story, had a friend that had a class at VT with Mike Vick, said he never showed up to class until test time, and passed with flying colors

My buddy was at UCONN mid 80s when basketball program was improving.  Earl Kelly was heralded player from CT, and was not the nicest or brightest. My buddy had a difficult coarse load, and someone suggested he took a class international cultures, which was blowoff and easy.

Earl Kelly was in that blowoff class.  He only went to the oral final, which was the project and presentation you worked on all semester.

Different students gave presentations on different countries.  Professor said - “ now it’s Earls turn.  “What country did you choose?”  “I didn’t do nothing”.  “Didn’t you just play a basketball tournament in Canada?  Tell us about Canada”.  “I scored 25 points, and I had 10 rebounds”.  Kelly passed the class lol

However given our cap issues we need players that contribute on O\D and special teams.  We really can’t afford special teams specialists

The point is that Reggie is not only a core special teamer- he protects Josh, he’s 3rd TE, he is a key player helping do dirty work, enabling plays to succeed

Our coverage on special teams was terrible.  Get rid of them all and start again.

No doubt we need to improve special teams.  But we don’t want to throw the baby out with the bath water.  Did you study every all 22 special team play?  I think a better strategy is to let coaches break down failures and identify weak links.  There are 11 players- they do not all suck on every play

With our cap a core special team player should be a late round rookie or UDFA.

Have to stop wasting money on marginal players.

And wouldn't it have been nice to have an extra DB on the team?

And same goes for Matakevich.  He can't play LB yet he has a roster spot. Sure would have been nice to have an actual LB on the roster for that final game

Waste of money, cap space, and roster spots.

Gilliam does more that special teams.  He is a swiss army knife.  He is making $2 million, and hes earning his $.  We have to pay someone to replace him.  And our special teams sucked last year.  Failure, after failure.  I do not want to see the Bills regress on special teams. Cam, Reggie, and Siran are our aces. Removing one of our aces is not wise IMO

I agree that we should go defense heavy.  That doesn't mean we shouldn't still draft a WR in the first round or two, because we definitely need to.

The Bills do not have as many holes as the doom and gloom posters think.

    WR1, WR2, RB1, QB2

    DE, DT, DT, S, S

We have 10 draft picks.  Beane will work some cap magic.  We will sign players.  The Bills are reloading, and amassing fire power.  The D will return healthy, and will have impactful newcomers.  The 2024 Bills will be much better IMO

That's a great signal to send to other teams before the draft.

The Bills are high ratings.  Anyone watching the Bills, its obvious that every Bills WR, not named Shakir, cannot separate, chokes in big spots, and have a problem catching the football.  You don't have to be Einstein to realize the Bills are desperate for multiple, WR who can separate, step up, and catch a football.

  9. I heard an elderly Bills Mafia lady call into Sal's show, dejected after Bills choke job against KC.  "we are cursed" she said.  "if you think about it-every devastating defeat-  Music City, 13 seconds,  wide right, yada yada- all special teams failures"

I agree.  We must improve special teams and get back to being a top unit.
