  1. Thanks Travis for all you did for our Bills! You always hustled your ass off. Noone ever tackled you by themself- it always took at least 3 NFLers to tackle you. Thanks for all you did for this team and thanks for the 3rd Round pick! Good luck Travis!

  2. Very interesting to listen to the online commentary with Negranu and Harmon, Hellmuth, David Williams, lots other pros. They critique how hands are played and give tips on tells. Very informative

Brad Kondracki Eliminated in 8th Place ($1,150,000)

Log: Hand 49 - Scott Lazar has the button in seat 9, and Kondracki moves all in again for $1,510,000. Hachem, in the small blind, takes off his lightly-tinted sunglasses to rub his eyes, and then he rechecks his cards and scratches his head. Is he thinking about calling? No. He folds. But Andrew Black, wearing his sunglasses upside-down (Marcel Luske-style), asks for a count of Kondracki's chips. Kondracki is stone-faced, wearing dark sunglasses and sitting like a statue. Black makes the call.

Kondracki shows As-Qc, while Black has pocket eights (8s-8c). It's a race situation as the flop comes Ks-9c-5s, and Black retains the lead with the pair of eights. Kondracki needs to catch a queen, an ace, a runner-runner straight or a runner-runner flush to stay alive.

The turn card pairs the board with the 5h, and Kondracki needs a queen or an ace to stay alive.

The river card is the 6c, and Brad Kondracki is eliminated in eighth place, earning $1,150,000.

He receives a few handshakes before gathering his things from the final table. His friends, rather than being sad, celebrate his finish with their beers raised high, and they are literally singing his name, "Brad." It's a touching moment of support from those that know him best.

  3. Mattisow is eliminated on a bad beat. Down to 8 players

Mike had a pair of 10s against AJ. The flop was 2 3 5. Mike went all in and induced a 3 million call. The turn was a 4 and the river was a 9. Bad beat

  4. second hand in Lazar goes all in with AAs and Matisow calls with KK. The flop was King- heart-heart. One of Lazar Aces was a heart. Next two cards runner-runner hearts. Matisow lost 3.5 million

  5. I am all for unfairness, as evidenced by my given name. There should be an automatic jail sentence of 30 days for ANYONE who says the phrase, "Do you know who I am?" to a cop after he has been caught violating a law.

  9. Updates from yesterday-

    http://www.cardplayer.com/poker-tournament...9&screen=result

Matisow is second with over $2million in chips. (I cant stand that POS!). Ivey is 5th with 2million himself. Fossilman slid to 31st with 766,000 in chips. Lederer, Dutch Boyd, Russ Hamilton, John Juanda all knocked out and in the money. Field is down to 58. Tom Sartori is 14th overall with 1,208,000 chips. Of course this is old news- what I am reporting is from the end of yesterday. I wouldnt be surprised if we were down to the final table tomorrow-
