  1. NO IT ISN'T! there's this thing you have to have when you're young and rich and in the public eye...it's called "responsibility!" it's not like it isn't preached to them 1000 times over from the day they're drafted. there really is no excuse for this crap, and i don't care how much whitner cries about being a victim. there are a LOT of employers who would not look to kindly at employees running around raising hell in the middle of the night... running over people, toting guns, weed and causing various public disturbances. my ass would have been fired for any one of the incidents these numbskulls have gotten involved in and, i assume, if you have any kind of real career, so would yours. why do these guys get a pass because they are young rich jocks? "aw shucks they're just young guys in their 20s...givem a chance to get itout of their system..." are you saying they're entitled not to have to grow up because they are young rich jocks? because if i was one of the MAJORITY of players who was smart enough to"sacrifice" my inalienable right to a 24-hour party in order stay out of the police blotter, i would probably punch whitner in the face when he got to camp. how about maybe, just MAYBE, some of these guys could tuck their cocks back in their pants, grow up, and learn how to behave in public. a$$holes.
  2. hahaha....yeah because there is so much "positive" going on this winter at OBD! by the way, he was positive about the owens signing, which was the only good thing that happened during the whole off-season. our team is a disaster and laughingstock, our owner is trying to sell the season off to toronto one game at a time, and you guys cry about a columnist. unbelievable.
  3. i'm guessing you didn't really need to pull the yearbooks out to solve that mystery
  4. i hate this team. the whole lot of them can piss off, starting with the owner. and i hate myself for checking up on them every day via this site.
  5. he deserves the three games. lets see if this knothead starts screaming about being a victim again after his contrite apology a couple weeks ago.
  6. what do mean "rock bottom?" i didn't read one word in that article about male prostitution. geez don't be so hysterical.
  7. yes. and i hope that gives you some insight into my generally schidtty attitude this off-season... this franchise literally and figuratively can't win.
  8. no way. they'll take a 5'9 receiver who has "great playmaking ability." and a defensive back.
  9. that's the other thing...1st and THIRD? no way.
  10. i decided when i read the first post i would not comment until i read something like this. you're absolutely right. the bills are screwed because the only way this could end is either (a) we give away 10% of the cap to keep him and he plays like garbage, or (b) we get a couple of nice pick for him and we waste them on defensive backs or WRs. i say we pick option c: let him rot in a fancy condo somewhere and hope he gets really fat. although i see his point, in a way. he knows this team will never be good, so he wants out at all costs. i predict that wherever he winds up he will dominate. but if he stays here he'll suck. and then ralph dies and leaves the bills to his daughter, who sells them to someone in Toronto for 1 billion dollars. the end.
  11. i believe wilson does want to move the bills to toronto. or he wouldn't be playing the games he is now. i'm still waiting for him to come out and say the bills aren't playing a 2nd home game up there next year, but the evil p.o.s. won't do it, will he?
  12. until the bills stop sucking, none of us really should have much to say. an awful lot of lineman have left the bills in the last several years and suddenly learned how to play football. duke will probably wind up in the super bowl like gandy.
  13. well he might have had a chance here if ralph wouldn't have... aw, forget it.
  14. it's a three-way tie! what about chuck knox!?
  15. boy you got that right. i'm pretty sure my only chance at living that long is if i keep coaching.
  16. i didn't say that. i said he will move another home game to toronto in a second if they throw enough money at him. one question: do you, or do you not, think he has all but quit trying to win? for all the sacrifice and business accumen he showed way back in the day in keeping the franchise afloat, he sure as hell does seem to be trying to drown us in mediocrity now. if that's good enough for you then so be it. and i do not "hate" him, i don't even know him. i just think he is a miser and a crappy losing owner. and before you say it...i know it's his "right" to do whatever he wants with the bills. it's also my right to express my opinion that he's not a hall-of-famer. sorry that gets everyone's panties in a wad. if he gave me a reason to believe, such as spending more money on GOOD coaches and bringing in more difference-making FAs (owens was a great move, but it doesn't make up for all the crappy drafts, retaining jauron, dragging marv out of the mothballs to be GM, etc. etc....)i wopuld change my tune and FAST, but how many more years of this do we have to see before we call the guy out for what he is? and he's always been like this. anyone else remember what a tightwad he was with our 70s teams? remember when he let rashad walk?
  17. i share your sentiment, but your three dots sort of lose their impact next to that white-hot thonged ass your sporting in your avatar
  18. now there was a great coach (who ralph of course couldn't get along with). imagine if jauron had his balls. he needs to be on the wall right now. r.i.p. lou you were awesome.
  19. and i will never support another team. i lost interest in the nba when the braves left and lost interest in baseball when the pirates quit trying to compete in the early 90s. maybe that's why ralph pisses me off (along with golisano) with the poverty-pleading tightwad routine. it leads to nothing but frustration and a crappy product. why should i drive 6 hrs to watch when the owner's not even trying to win?
  20. i will always be a bills fan...as i have been for almost 40 years now...but i am all but finished as a consumer of this crappy product. a lot of us have become very indifferent due to the actions and inaction of our hall-of-fame owner. is that so hard to understand? we think it's a joke that a career loser is going into the hall of fame. Al Davis may have gone around the bend, but he is 10x as accomplished as an owner of a WINNING franchise.
  21. is that your way of saying you disagree? if so, then why?
  22. i'm glad i got your attention. it's a joke that everyone's lining up to fellate ralph wilson when he couldn't care less about giving you guys your money's worth as life long fans of the team. i briefly ceased being disgusted with him when we signed owens, but tell me, why haven't the bills come out and pledged there are no plans to move another game to toronto? BECAUSE HE'LL DO IT IN A SECOND IF THE PRICE IS RIGHT, THAT'S WHY. hall of fame my ass.
  23. after what he's let regier do (or forced him to do, or some combination thereof, but really, what difference does it make?), i dopn't want golisano anywhere near the bills. he's another smallballing loser just like wilson.
  24. absolutely. this is not even the bills any more. all these pussies that can't stand cold...shipping home games out of the country...a decade of no playoffs...an owner who clearly does not give a schidt...i've never been closer to giving it up altogether. i hope thousands of bills fans drive to canton to boo the miserly old !@#$.
