I'll be catching them at Bonnaroo. Might do Darien. It certainly took some time for Christopher Robin to grow on me. Saw him with Phil Lesh & Friends in Dec and he was pretty decent. Even his wife was there sitting in the balcony overlooking the stage.

Ugh. Penny was too tough to take. Don't even want to get started on that. I almost ran outside and danced in the streets when the Suns got someone to take him, same with Googs. The same GM is now up for front office guy of the year cause he struck gold with Stodemire and Nash produced after the Mavs were shouting around that he didn't have too much tread left. I guess even some of the biggest slugs can have a nice jumper. Nothing better than a tumor shooting 20 - 30%. I found it hard to believe that were actually some other people taking more shots a game than Kobe whose name didn't start with Allen and end with Iverson.

I always remember the news every year during the super bowl run with how the sportscast was run. Project Pasedena. Mission Minneapolis. It was always such a lock. Can't remember what else they used for Atlanta. I ended up going to those games and used to goof with "I always tell them see you next year and the cowboys actually showed up again"

All the more reason to get behind the Suns. The Shaq thing is always going to come back to injuries and his refusal to deal with them in the offseason. His last year in LA got off slow cause he put that toe surgery off until the season was right as his doorstep. Reminds me of how Barkely used to be with his "conditioning". No shocker his best season came after the 92 olympics, which he actually was active and didn't sit in the hot tub drinking beer watching everyone else work out. Count me in as someone that loves to see gravy-training Phil Jackson fail when he's not coaching supreme talent. I hope his INTERVIEW WITH KOBE goes well... He can always hook on with Cleveland or NY or Denver or LA or........ As far as coaches that are 'closers' are concerned, there's nobody better. As far as having a team that needs to rebuild....

When members of his own team refer to Kobe as the GM.... They were clearly just throwing crap against the wall and seeing what stuck. I wonder how 'sick' Rudy T really was before he bailed. Even rats know enough to jump off a sinking ship. It's nice not having them in the playoffs. Now only if TNT/ESPN gets on the stick and stops assigning the D team to cover the Suns. They actually had Dick Stockon and DUNLEAVY calling the game??? Totally weak. The way games are done in the playoffs aggrivates me to no end. 1st round of the playoffs will take about a month itself if they keep insisting on putting EVERY FRICKIN' GAME ON NATIONAL TV. Some of the west coast went on-sale to the general public with some east coast outlets starting on Monday. Some had pre-sales that were a day or so, a couple of them only lasted 10 am - noon. Picked up some lower levels near the stage, so I'm stoked.

Good. Did the number porting thing when they offered it, so I should be all set then. Went with the LG VX8000. Looks to be an ok phone. Never understood why the cool phones are always with the worst companies (Cingular, T-Mobile)

I just ordered service from verizon through wirefly.com and they offered number porting. I was wondering if it's as easy as it sounds. I probably should've asked before switching services, but I was tired of getting bunk service through SprintP-O-S.

Kobe's totally not a leader. Caught them last time when they came to PHX and he wasn't in uniform and just hid behind the bench and never came out to rally the troops when they were getting pounded by 20-23 all night. Maybe he already knows they don't want to hear it. The guy's a slug. I'm glad the Suns stayed away from him last offseason and got Nash and Richardson for the same coin.

I guess people that put up with watching the painful basketball in the east can hold onto that title just a little while longer. There was a reason Shaq bailed to the east.

They were pretty decent @ Coachella last year. A buddy of mine is into them and got me to check them out there. Total sprockets. But good times. Their website is painful on the eyes tho, never understood making a site so "cool" that it's borderline useless. (i.e. Radiohead). Must be a European band thing.
