$10 million in cap space.
I'll admit one thing. You are persistent.

Davis. He is still a big part of the offense and I think of his ankles stay healthy should have a big season.
It seems Davis has ankle issues every year

I don't think McGovern is a huge improvement, no. I think if he was so great he would start for Dallas or they would re-sign him for depth. He came here for a chance to start so we'll see. Hopefully he's better. He might be worse than what we had. Maybe Saffold just needed time to gel with the line. We'll never know.
Saffold was washed up. He's done. McGovern was starting in Dallas but they're hurting for cap space because of the dumb contract for Zeke Elliott.

I think either Bogner where Doyle or both get traded for draft picks
The general manager is on a mission to get as many draft picks in next year’s draft as possible. We are up to 10 right now.
I could see an OL guy get traded right before final cut downs.

Like I said he will have a hard time making the roster.
But I love the investment in the OL. If he can pass block in the SEC he may be ok in the NFL. Will push Edwards and Boettger for a final roster spot and then be a 17 week inactive if everyone stays healthy.
I think there's room for 10 OL on the 53. 6 WR (Diggs, Davis, Shakir, Sherfield, Harty, and Shorter), 3 TE (Knox, Kincaid, Morris), 4 RB (Cook, Hines, Harris, ??), and 2 QB (Allen x 2). Doyle is coming off an ACL tear. He may not be ready to go at start of season. If Broeker shows enough in training camp, I believe there's a path for him to make 53. Dawkins, McGovern, Morse, Torrence, Brown, Quessenberry, Bates, Edwards, Boettger, and Broeker/Doyle.

I unfortunately can’t view so can someone update me.
Bills traded out of the 6th round by the looks of it?
And what did they get in return?
Pick 230 and Texans 6th rd next year.

Big Cy, IMO, will sit a year. Beane comments made it sound like they have a diet plan for him.
They aren’t benching Bates, and nor should they.
You may be right but I really dislike the idea of another 2nd rd pick being redshirted.

Initial reaction is...does Dorsey know how to use him?
The only thing I didn't like was that Beane panicked and gave away a 4th.
They had to jump Cowboys to get him. They lost their TE to FA.

Somebody give Chubb a Dolphins roster with all the names and numbers. Help a fella out for crying out loud! 😂

Honestly why does the NFL care about that so much when they don't care about women abusers?
The league makes BILLIONS from Gambling. HypocrisyThey're worried about the NFL becoming the WWE. Nothing real and everything is fixed. They pretend to care about criminal activity but they don't just events that give them a black eye.

Wouldn't a starter at any other position, who is deserving of a 2nd contract, offer more value at 27 than Gibbs?

Simmons, Quentin Williams, Christian Wilkins. These players are true game wreckers at DT.
Ed Oliver is not. Period.
Dexter Lawrence is pretty dang good as well

If we can snag one now cheap that doesn't count against comp formula sure! I'd LOVE Ingram, but not sure if we would have interest or if he would. Anytime we've played against him on PIT, KC, MIA he has wrecked us
It's some time in May that signings don't mess up the comp pick formula. My guess is Bills will sign a guy after this date to a 1 yr deal. Maybe Frank Clark?

Screw watching that crap
I thought the guy was pretty objective tbh. He thought the Bills did a fairly decent job so far in free agency knowing that they didn't have a lot of cap space.

The guy picked positions in which the Bills have open roster spots as of right now. The only spot he didn't address was TE. Not enough draft picks. It might not be in this order, but the Bills will likely pick most of these positions.

McD and Beane are about competition so there's a little truth to what they're saying. However theyre not going with just Bernard, Dodson, and Spector.

If you want your QB to run less, take less hits, and slide more then maybe you should back that up by not calling QB sneaks on 3rd and short or 4th and short. WTF

Might beat Bates out. Now can we get a real right tackle???
I think he beats out Bates. Former 5th rounder with a bunch of starts under his belt. Needs to stay healthy.

It all depends on what the plan is to replace Oliver should he leave. Bottom line. That's it. There's about $11m going to Oliver this year. If they feel like they can use that $11m to pay a relatively comparable DT and add a weapon at a position of need (say, WR), then adios Ed. His situation can't be viewed in a vacuum or in isolation.
If I'm the Bills I'd be hesitant to trade Oliver without having his replacement on the roster. If they were to draft a DT early, I could see them trading him and freeing up almost $11M for a quality free agent.

Doyle won't make the roster. He was awful before the ACL. He might not even make it out of OTAs
Brace yourself. I think you're in for a surprise.

No confusion. You want to trade Oliver who the Bills like to some extent and decided to do the 5th year option. I don't think they're going to trade him. Probably Edmunds scenario all over again.
