We hadn’t had any prime time games for years. Not because we sucked -though we did, but because when we played PT during the drought, we were repeatedly drubbed. Networks/fans want competitive games. Bills/Steelers ‘19 is precisely what is desired. We’ve become actual media darlings though as Josh continues his incredible play and McBeane continue to add great new players. But now, the shoe may be going on the other foot somewhat. IIRC, @Arizona was one of only a couple 4pm games that day last season, so much of the nation was tuned in and saw a fantastic game and finish. That turned out to be an anomaly. Otherwise, we were Goliath to the Leagues David, annihilating Pittsburgh, NE*, Miami, Denver & San Fran. Then followed up those  jaw-dropping performances with 2 dramatic playoff wins.

Given all the networks now involved, 7 PT games wouldn’t shock me. Gone are days of season-long 1pm Kickoffs.

1PM kickoffs are certainly a comfort zone , but to answer your question, 4.. KC, Tampa , Miami, and a later flex..

  2. Original fan since 1960.. got married on friday Sept 23rd 1977.. planned honeymoon to Frisco and Hollywood CA .. about a week before my wedding , i got hooked up with Bills tickets for their game on Sunday the 25th of Sept in Denver.. made some arrangements, and attended the game.. The Bills got beat, but a really cool experience .. met and talked with Willie Parker's (the Center at the time) parents before the game..

Thanks Dwight. I feel we have special years coming but there will be bumps. could even be this year cause of the cap hell we are in who knows but I am glad you got where I was coming from

IF you don't like it or don't like me or get it then ask. others have. Then you say you block me.. another perfect example of derailment by the one and only NewEra

Again.. feeling very optimistic .. and we have seen it all..

  4. Nice write up! I am older than you by 7 years and your take about the Bills is spot on.. (the 1980 playoff loss to the Chargers stings me worse than the super bowl losses.., )Anyway just hope they keep on this path with McD and Beane.. MEANING CONSISTENCY .. and the inference is the other Franchise that Ownership has..

They need to put a tattoo on the back of peoples hands if they have been vaccinated. Then you can walk right into the stadium with no issues. I would do the same on the other hand with STD’s.

Also your penis size should be tattooed on your forehead.

But i have a small forehead..

  6. As the saying goes "any given Sunday" applies to the Bills regarding their Super Bowl aspirations.. i think the offense is sound.. sure improve the running game obviously.. but the O is there .. the D , cant complain too much.. they were very good defending in the red zone a great deal of the time.. maybe a more aggressive overall approach.. but im content and feel they will be there , and after the long drought . feel good ..

Flores came to the Bills at an inopportune time; their best playmakers from the championship years had aged past their prime. I think the Bills won four games in '67, and one game in '68. He's a good guy, and I'm happy for him achieving this honor.

    Absolutely!

It was his time as a Bill that put him over the top.  😁

I am thinking he is going in  due to his coaching , obviously, was every bit the journeyman QB in Buffalo and throughout his career..and as everyone knows , was part of the worst trade ever made in Buffalo sports history.. (until the Sabres trading Ryan O'reilly )
