    well, that sure doesnt make sense then.. think about it, "the last two minutes", well when you are in overtime, it is essentially the same thing.. you are playing like it is the "last two minutes" i really dont care, but the NFL sometimes just out thinks themselves..

    fantastic! just the rustic, as even they said "woodsy" look, makes me have second thoughts about a downtown stadium, dont think the tailgating will be nearly as good.. hope im wrong if it ever happens though!

    i think you are pretty much on target, but i have to respectfully disagree with you on the"domed stadium" desire. i am in the minority, but i like an open air stadium, like the elements, i think what seattle did would be perfect for us to emulate.. cover the stands, but no dome..

    i totally agree with you on the fact nyc gets the money for its teams from the state while we beg to get a few crumbs.. the mets, yankees, MSG, all got substantial state funds, but we are the red-headed step child, sucks, but that is how NY state operates..

    i am looking at his remarks from a fan's perspective.. not as deep as you.. i like what he said.. as a fan, i think it is important for the bills to have the ralph, could care less about the business aspect, i watch the bills as a fan, not into the global concept that you seem to espouse..

    it is about losing the competitive edge the ralph affords the team.. he doesnt give a sh-t about marketing, nor do alot of fans, myself included.. it is a money grab..

    ok.. who is ultimately calling the shots then?? he certainly isnt capable! for crissakes, the fans do not deserve a franchise in a constant state of disarray.. the only thing that front office is good at is B-S-ing the fans year after year.. an active owner doesnt have to be a "meddling" one.

    they are a profitable team, giving up the competitive edge that the ralph affords them is inexcusable. it is a money grab, all the nonsense of expanding the fan base rings hollow when you look at pittsburgh, green bay.. just win, raise the prices at the ralph , whatever.. if that is not enough, sell the freakin team!

    i honestly believe that, and that fact is maddening. the NFL has changed dramatically since i was a kid going to the rockpile and that change has obviously been for the worse.

    it is the basic catch -22 for sure, but the nonsense that the fan base in buffalo has to put up with is inexcusable!, what is the answer? just continue to be a laughingstock?
