I'd go get AJ Green. No time to wait on experience. Draft Jonathan Taylor. This guy only broke Adrian Peterson college record as freshman and Herschel Walker career record. Instant impact. Draft Denzel Mims later. AJ Green clone. Re-sign Shaq, Phillips guys. Nsekhe at RT, move Ford inside. Go after Austin Hooper and Vic Beasley in FA. Won't have to break the bank for either.

Where would you go in rd 1? I'd love to get Ceedee Lamb, but you'd have to trade up for him. In the late 20s, I don't see another impact player that's slotted that late than Taylor Wow!!

A different QB won't really make a big difference. The Bills need another playmaking receiver whether it's a TE or receiver and a RB. Singletary can be an awesome Darren Sproles/Brian Westbrook type RB, but this team needs a Thurman Thomas/Fred Jackson type runner. My wish in FA is AJ Green at WR and Austin Hooper at TE. Draft Jonathan Taylor at RB
