  1. you know what's funny? Yesterday I was listening to Joe Benigno on WFAN. For a Jets fan, I can actually stand him b/c he typically doesn't talk smack.

He flat out said that DJ was a horrible coach and that as a Jets fan, he was praying for the Bills to keep him, b/c that was a guaranteed 2 wins for his jets next year with him as coach.

Anyone else here that yesterday? It was around 11:30am. The league is laughing at us. Our divisional opponents are popping champagne. 0-6 against the AFCE. We're a !@#$ging JOKE OF A FRANCHISE.

    !@#$ YOU RALPH

  2. Couldn't have said it better and I didn't know Martz fired Bobby April, Mike Martz can kiss my arse, he's given us enough grief with his out dated offense.

I completely forgot about the April thing until it was pointed out in this thread.

Anyway...at least we're all pretty much in consensus.

I can't wait until tomorrow to find out what the heck is going on with this team.

  3. Nah I wasn't real impressed with SanFran's O this year. I think Martz has lost a bit of the magic...

He def. has. But San Fran STILL scored more points than us and had a higher ranked offense than we did going through a QB change and a coaching change in the same season.

  4. No.

I'm tired of this Greatest Show on Turf crap. Bring in a hardnosed but creative coordinator who emphasizes running the ball at all costs.

Ya, i'm not sure how I'd feel about him either...but I'm just looking at our options. I would prefer Martz over Turk though.

  5. If we keep DJ as head coach...one of our coordinators will most surely have to be let go. Seeing that our offense was one of the worst in the league, I can't see how Turk can stay. Not only that, but Turk has no prior record to justify him staying or assuming that he'll turn it around. Will he? Who knows.

Would anyone be up for bringing Martz in here as the OC??

Ideally I would want DJ gone, but I think Martz would be an upgrade over Turk.

  6. NNNNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know this is just some dummy making pics in his boxershorts but that pick still bothers me!

Percy Harvin at #27? He is easily the best playmaker in this draft and is ten times better than Desean Jackson!

Tebow at #17 is hilarious! Even though I could see Shannahan taking a shot because he is clueless.

Tebow should consider himself lucky if he's even drafted. The sh-- he pulls off in college doesn't translate to the NFL.

  7. What would it take to poach the greatest coach in the game? Sure, the press conferences would be just as boring, but I think every other aspect of the team would be infinitely better. He would even put some of the Jills to shame with those unsightly manboobs.

I know this will probably never happen (not to mention the whole tampering issue also) but if he were to agree to come for 15 million bucks a year, would you rather spend that money on him, or a combo of dockery and schobel?

    Hey, we can all dream!

I would trade the pats Ralph, Ralph's daughter, and my Sony Handycam HDR-CX7 just for the rights to talk to Bill. Actually, throw in a couple of extra flash cards as well, since the pats will surely need it.

  8. I just wish people would be realistic.

    1. Cowher will cost too much for Ralph

    2. Why would Cowher want to go from working for one of the best owners in the NFL - willing to do whatever it takes to put a winner on the field - to a team who's led by an owner that is content with an eternal 8-8 record?

    Cowher=pipe dream.

  9. That draft sucks. Everyone knows that the Bills aren't going to take a CB in R1. They're going to do that in R2. At 11, they're obviously going take a safety. You can never have enough good defensive backs, afterall.

lol..especially when you run a cover 2 that requires your DB's to sit back 10yds behind the line of scrimmage and wait for the plays to come to them. Logically, we need top-notch talent for that.

  10. Bobonators, I like the guys you speak of here but I would have to move OLB up to #2. You said it all with Ellison and after watch Weatherspoon for Missouri for the 4th time this year he is the playmaking LB we've been looking for. Everette Brown would be my DE of choice. Caldwell would be my 3rd rd. choice and Coffman would be my pick after that. You really did your homework.

Ya, either way we're going to need an upgrade at LB. There are a few scenarios, however, and we may not have to draft one if we're able to keep Crowell, or pick up a FA LB this offseason. I personally would rather sign a veteran LB, and draft a DE than vise/versa.

Regardless, TE will have to be addressed in the first 3 rounds...I can't see any other way around that. We play one man down every single time on offense. Royal may have had more drops than catches this year. Simply horrid.
