  1. Merriman required required a lot of attention from the opposing team's offense. It's not fair to say he did nothing. There were also several holds which he drew that were not called. We would be better off if he was still playing, even if only in a backup/rotational capacity
  2. or rolled one too many papers...
  3. While I prefer to win by beating first stringers, a win is a win and I'll take one however we get it
  4. In the past, he's been cash money for me. I selected him as my QB 3 and 2 seasons ago and he was GREAT. Last year I went with Aaron Rogers who did good, but Rivers I believe had better FF stats. So this year I figured that Rogers could have SB hang over and that Rivers would get a boost with VJ's return. Boy was I wrong.
  5. 1. Yes, the Refs have been "friendly" toward the Jets 2. The Jets look like they are improving. I think they are at least as good as our Bills. This scares me. 3. Why is Norv Turner still HC of the Chargers? Undisciplined, lacking creativity.... 4. Rivers is my #1 fantasy QB. It's been a long season already.
  6. How good are the Jets? They really are taking it to SD- but then again, the teams that SD has beat haven't been very good. The Jets worry me. Looks like they might be starting to put it together which means we will be playing them at a bad time.
  7. I think you're forgetting Wang...
  8. Forced fumbles and sacks are impact plays! I'm not saying he's a probowler either, or that Chix should be fired for letting him go. Again, I'm just saying that it stings watching him do that for the JESTS of all teams. Even if his stats came in garbage time, if he was still playing in Buffalo and was able to rack up garbage time stats, we'd all be saying that it is encouraging to see him make plays...
  9. I don't really agree. You are what your record says you are, and your stats are your stats. I'm not saying that we made a mistake letting Maybin go (sometimes a change of scenery is good for a player). All I'm saying is that seeing him making an impact for a division rival kinda stings.
  10. I'm not going to say it's Edwards fault because plenty of Bills coaches probably had input on that decision (including Wanny). I guess getting cut really lit a fire under Maybin. This hurts.
  11. We get rid of this guy 3 weeks ago and now he has 3 sacks! WTF
  12. I wrote to the team store asking them if they planned on making these.... they said no. Couldn't believe it. I hafta believe that these would sell VERY well!
  13. Do you work for the Bills, or know someone who does?
  14. Who is this Kelly the Dog? Is his info as accurate as NGU?
  15. RIP Al. Kinda bring things into perspective considering our situation with Ralph. Hopefully this clandestine meeting with Kelly and Crew has to deal with future ownership. Not that I want Ralph to pass or anything, but his health is shaky and it would be comforting to know there was a plan. Ideally, he'd live for another 20 years and someone else would own the Bills- and when that new owner lifts the Lombardi trophy over his head after willing the SB, he would dedicate that moment to Ralph.
  16. http://www.onionsportsnetwork.com/articles/bill-belichick-forgets-about-loss-by-relaxing-in-b,26213/ Also, is it just me, or does Andy Reid look like a Pigman?
  17. Quick, to the Hindenpeter! 11!
  18. I thought Goddell was coming into town to assassinate Vick....
  19. Fred Kelly is Jimbo's dad, brother?
  20. Damage control is a good term to use I think. I'm actually surprised that no one else has picked up on this story- Granted all we have to go on are the musings of Chad Kelly, but like you said, his family is one of two that would happen to have privy info regarding the future of the Buffalo Bills- where there is smoke, there is fire....
  21. I'm certainly not a college football junkie, but it just seems that it's pretty much a crapshoot either way. I'm going to bring up the whole Leaf/Manning debate. Leaf was considered to be "that guy" too and look how he turned out.
  22. Why is Luck considered the second coming of Christ? Last year, Locker was the sure fire, can't miss prospect. This year, he's yet to even take a snap! Just sayin'
  23. Plus another two against Dallas...
  24. Well, it looks like the Dolphins will probably take Luck or whomever is considered the best QB in next years draft. http://espn.go.com/blog/afceast/post/_/id/32371/report-chad-henne-out-for-the-year
