On the edge of my seat, well, a few weeks later. How did it turn out?
Really good but..lessons learned…
Lesson #1
As Jauronimo said, ice bath after sous vide because it ended up a touch overdone after searing and butter basting.
Lesson #2
Don’t get old and go in for an annual physical if you want to eat this way. Doc said to cut down on dietary cholesterol as I am borderline high. Aging sucks.

So we’re going to get rid of one guy who can’t get it done to bring in another guy who can’t get it done?
Do you not see the excellence in the suggestion? What is the matter with you?

It's a complaint filed with the EEOC, not a suit. Anyone can file a complaint, apparently.
The EEOC typically issues a right to sue letter then cases like this move to court. Even where they do not issue the letter, the case may still be moved forward.

Seems like a very good guy.
He looks small, I wonder if the staff works with him to add bulk or they leave him alone.

The NFL’s “Rooney Rule” is being challenged in court.
Knowing the nature of this topic is likely to be a political lightening rod, I am immediately moving it to PPP. The redirecting link will briefly sit on the main page as this is an important NFL topic.
Enjoy the exchange.

Maybe having one of the best pass catching RB's in the game (Alvin Kamara with 75 catches) had something to do with this...although Cook has a skill set that could flourish...Cook has to eliminate the drops.
ESPN may suck in other ways but they made great commercials.

Rex Ryan may return to the coaching ranks.
If hired, he will make an interesting addition to Jerry’s world.

No doubt that Dallas has talent on the roster already so not a rebuild.

Every draft matters but this one will say a great deal about the Bills future. The Bills have worked themselves into a bit of a cap corner. Yes, they can and will rework contracts but that can’t go on forever. The Bills need a good youth movement with a smattering of good 1 year contracts. If they whiff in this draft the Bills will have a tough time breaking out of the cap crunch they are in.

That is an impressively long list. Maybe SDS should use it to screen usernames

I voted No Way! I am still shell shocked from the trade up for Sammy Watkins. Pass…
Easily a horrible trade and possibly the worst in Buffalo’s history.

Nice to hear that some players in Miami are more into South Beach than Hardrock stadium.

My theory is that JA throws the ball so hard that the Bills receivers have broken hands.

So sorry to hear of your loss. Wish you and your kids peace and comfort in this time of deep sorrow.

This is very interesting material. In the chess game that is the NFL who will create, schematically, route combinations to overcome what defenses are doing?

WR or Dlineman? What would be your main priority..
