  1. This could end up being a big deal, especially the new HGH tests. I remember reading that the current test in use had a very short window of catching anyone, if I understand correctly this one has a much bigger window and actually may lead to some suspensions if guys have continued to use.
  2. Besides the usual favorites, here are some (I think) under-appreciated ones. Friday the 13th IV - I'm partial to this because it's the first real horror movie I ever saw, and I couldn't close my eyes in the shower when washing my hair for months, but it's also got Crispin Glover. The Host - Korean film, I think you can stream it on Netflix, really well done monster movie. Let The Right One In - watch the original if you can, not the american remake, although I had heard the remake's not bad. Alien Resurrection - I know most people hate the 3rd and 4th installments in the series, but I like them. I especially like the comic book kind of feel to this, and Ron Perlman is great. Zombieland - more funny than scary, but it's a great movie to watch this time of year. Tusk - Kevin Smith made a good movie again. Made me squirm and laugh. The Thing - John Carpenter version - probably not under-appreciated, but I didn't see anyone else mention it.
  3. He was caught by police with it, it was not caught in a league drug test.
  4. Cardinals at 1-3 get beat by 3-1 Rams. What the hell.
  5. Spanish Harlem is just East Harlem.
  6. Has anyone posted this yet? http://deadspin.com/todd-gurley-has-nowhere-to-run-1787357593
  7. I like that Rex is making the team accountable. That said, NE's team is 3-1 and we are 2-2. Let's see if we can win more than 2 games in a row.
  8. Spanish Harlem and the East Village are 2 separate neighborhoods about 100 blocks apart. better chance of a lot of things.
  9. If we go 1-3 in the next 4 games do they get to ban you back?
  10. that is a long long train ride
  11. As a vet on the opening day roster I think his contract is guaranteed for the season
  12. I'll be listening to WGR from my computer. Started my beef stew, so dinner and I will probably be stewing together for most of the afternoon.
  13. Typical Apple Dummy, shooting in portrait mode.
  14. Hoboken PATH was reopened already, I think it's only the above ground train station that is closed down.
  15. I'm also hesitant to drive up there on days when Giants or Jets are playing around the same time, what roads do you take and how is traffic?
  16. No, most years I've had Sunday ticket, but this year I've been stuck with radio feed. I usually can't get out of the house to watch the games due to a couple of young kids (and I'm already usually out Sunday mornings for band practice.)
  17. What's your budget? Are you open to AirBNB places? How about Jersey (assuming easy PATH train access to MSG.) I see someone else mentioned it also, I am in Jersey City and there are a ton of great restaurants and bars near Grove St PATH, also some decent but less special places near Newport PATH. From Grove st PATH it's about 20 minute trip to 33rd, maybe 30-45 minutes late night.
  18. if wishes and buts were candy and nuts
  19. Me too, I was 8. I entered the stadium a Jets fan, left as a Bills fan.
  20. yeah, go with one, 360 is obsolete and he will not be able to get new games.
  21. Good thing he's white, don't want any confusion of which guy he is
  22. Smerlas was my favorite player growing up, it was his blocked field goal in the 88 game against the Jets that turned me into a Bills fan. I hate his guts.
