  1. The existance of a separate OT forum has been debated heavily over the years. Both sides of the argument make valid points. The Bills bring us together, but IMHO the OT posts allow opening day tailgate parties to happen and friendships to flourish. The question before us (me?) is how to raise the level of our discussion, without sacrificing the friendship building influence of OT discussions? The community may be so large now that posters pulling back on OT posts during the season is not enough to keep a good balance. I have decided to try an OT forum on a trial basis - probably for the remainder of the season, unless it appears to be a flop. I guess the purest way to run this is that all OT posts belong here. I could see an alternative relaxed off-season structure where OT posts are moved off TSW after 24 hours or such. I am open to suggestions. We need a name for this place, so please offer your suggestions. The floor is open for your constructive comments.
  2. Hells bells, I don't know what to do w/ this board. I moved it out of TSW, but it shouldn't be listed on the index page either. Moving the threads into PPP seems to be the logical thing to do. Because of the age of the threads, only a handful would even remain on page 1. The rest would be on page 2/3. That would seem the lesser of the evils. Merging the threads might just create one holy, unreadable mess.
  3. When everyone is super, then no one is super.
  4. Indy scores 10 points AT HOME.
  5. Actually, maybe this could have helped Josh Reed. Then again, maybe not. Catching everything thrown at him couldn't have hurt.
  6. It wwasn't funny. Maybe if you....
  7. it was a joke!!! (my post, not the offense. Errr.... well, maybe both).
  8. they weren't even out on the field long enough to do anything.
  9. you always take the inside guy.
  10. the real question is will you make it off of page 4?
  11. I have no idea what he/she said.
  12. but our chance to go 19-0 is over.
  13. Only a few times. We needed to do a lot more and also be successful in trying.
  14. too many people - not enough blockers. We needed to go over the top of them and back 'em off.
  15. I saw 9 defensive guys within 5 yards of the line all day. We did nothing to back them off.
  16. as a note to the those participating in this thread... warnings and suspensions are being dolled out to the knuckleheads...
  17. Jerry Gray needs to work on fundamentals. Clements, Adams, and Posey are not wrapping up their tackles. The last two allowed 2 TDs.
  18. ok, numbnuts - just because I DB gets a hand on teh ball it does NOT mean "almost picked off".
  19. in preseason, I thought JP looked best in the 2 minute offense. Maybe we can get that 7 back before halftime.
  20. Sam Adams got blown up by Alstott. Should have had him wrapped up. Defense is tired. They are playing well, but TOP must be killer for TB right now. Even great defenses can't be out all day....
  21. there is a time and place for everything. Just because posts were removed, it doesn't mean the sentiment was valid.
  22. c'mon - let's try and keep this thread on topic out of respect to Lori.
  23. canon G2. we have excellent results printiing at Snapfish.
  24. that implies Griese has time to throw. I'm not so sure he will. This defense appears to be a different cat than past years.
  25. Why are we vulnerable to TE's? Is this based upon our spotty past or the present? I think any of our LB's or Milloy can take on the TE position.
