Major Mud
http://www.detroitlions.com/document_displ...ument_id=483681 Wow, so now they will win a game?...I like the logo, but the uniforms look too similar to the old ones....maybe a wholesale change is what they need?" Detroit Cowardly Lions ' perhaps?
lets_go_bills
Looks gay. You'd think they'd be more inclined to fix their management, but no, they opt to fix their logo. That's sure to fill the seats.
murra
The NFL should instate a new rule: If in one season you go 0-16, the following season you are not allowed to wear any jersey whatsoever until you win a game. This will allow the appearance of the game to be like a shirts vs. skins pick-up game, where the players of the shirtless team are all irrelevant, and unworthy of wearing their name on their backs. I think this would make for hilarity, and hopefully allow the Detroit front office to realize just how pathetic they are (that their only means of re-engaging the fanbase for the upcoming season is to create a new jersey). I think if you go 0-16 you should lose many privileges in addition to jerseys. Anyone care to compile a list or thoughtful proposal?
BLZFAN4LIFE
Not much different from the old ones. Pretty ordinary.
crazyDingo
They should've changed 'em to silver, gray, powder and navy blue with red piping and purple stripes. Hire Tom Donahoe next time.
RayFinkle
They should've changed 'em to silver, gray, powder and navy blue with red piping and purple stripes. Hire Tom Donahoe next time. Agreed. Also, Larry Quinn has a great design firm he could recommend if the whole Donahoe thing doesn't work out.
Turn Down For Watkins
They don't even look any different than the old ones.
Steely Dan
Slightly tweaked but I like 'em. New Old There's a big difference to me. The lion is a lot more defined and it looks a lot better.
