BillsD#1in2008 Posted April 19, 2008 Share Posted April 19, 2008 Trade down with Minnesota so they can grab Derrick Harvey because we dont need a DE that high and in return we also get there 3rd round pick 1.Limas Sweed WR Texas(is huge and seems like a high character, hard working guy and hopefully he can return to his form before his wrist injury) 2.Martellus Bennett TE Texas A&M(best all around TE and Modrak spoke highly of him) 3.John Sullivan C Notre Dame(a hardworker with great intangibles and the Fighting Irish have a history of producing great lineman) 3.Chevis Jackson CB LSU(is a very hardworking player who is perfect for our scheme with his ball skills and he has a high character) 4.Ahtyba Rubin DT Iowa State(physical run stuffer who has massive amounts of potential and is still getting better) 4.Owen Schmitt FB West Virginia(a mauling blocker who is a crowd favorite here although i would prefer Jerome Felton FB Furman in the 7th) 5.Chad Rinehart OG Northern Iowa(is said to be the best small school talent in this draft) 6.Dominique Barber S Minnesota(he said we were showing the most interest and he led the Gophers in tackles at 100 and he was the best player on that team) 7.Hilee Taylor DE North Carolina(he is very underrated and is a productive pass rusher with 10.5 sacks and 16 tackles for loss last year here check him out )7.Marcus Henry WR Kansas(will be a good red zone target and possession reciever for us who may eventually develop into a great #2 or #3 reciever) 7.Bryan Smith OLB/DE McNeese State(a guy who has alot of upside and is versatile,he can line up as a LB or put his hands down and play DE, he is a pass rush specialist who will definitely contribute and may end up being a big surprise) i would like this draft alot and yes this is about my 19th mock draft but i think i will stick with this one up until the big show!
