And also, those times when he buys the remaining tickets to a game and gives them to the Police, FF, or kids, he is purchasing the tickets with money out of his own pocket. And also, those times when he buys the remaining tickets to a game and gives them to the Police, FF, or kids, he is purchasing the tickets with money out of his own pocket. Are you sure that money is coming out of his pocket or is he using the million of dollars operating capital money that Erie County and New York State gives him every year??
