But in all reality... Who is one of the few living Kennedy boys of Joe Sr.? Teddy. All the others were protected by Joe. Near the end of daddy Joe's life, Teddy got into this trouble. Joe couldn't keep it under raps. Teddy had to literally "sink or swim" (pun intended)... He swam without the protection of dad.

 

Name all the other "dead Kennedy's"... Only one stands out for not be obsessively protected by the patriarch... And somehow he survives.

 

Even John Jr. was protected (Jackie).

 

Isn't this the biggest indictment against Kennedy liberalism/elitism? You can only "steer" your kids down the right path... They have to deal with their choices themselves... Protecting them to the bitter end only handcaps them in the end.
