He was an offensive assistant while at Nebraska, inlcuding their QB coach, and this will hopefully translate into the development of the UB offense. Plus, he is a nationally known name who apparently has a strong recruiting background. Well done UB...well done! And kudos for getting this done so quickly. Now they turn to a coach without HC or coordinator experience. Who knows how it will work out.....a few years back UB gave the basketball job to a relative unknown even here in WNY and look how that turned out.
