A guy who sucked so bad as an NFL minor assistant coach, he couldn't even get another job ANYWHERE even as a QC coach...or waterboy. The only reasons I can think of for choosing that idoit's name is 1. He's not a Bills fan. If that's the case, screw him. Who cares? 2. He REALLY IS Chuck! If that's the case, he's a disgruntled former-employee of the Bills. A guy who sucked so bad..... Als, one of the worst radio sports-guys I've ever heard (and I've heard Pete Franklin!)
