The OP said currenly, meanin his season.  Non of these guys are top 4.

 

Mahomes was 1-3 and had 5 TDs and 5 INTs when  he rolled into that Bills game.  Solid decline.

Key is their status when Josh played against them 

 

The Bills played Lamar in week 1 and if not for Josh’s heroics Lamar would have been the MVP of the game 

 

when the Bills played Mahomes, the chiefs we’re riding on a hot streak from him and Josh silenced him. 
 

Burrow was playing at a high level and took a 21-10 lead into the 4th quarter before Josh decided to wear his cape and out dueled him 

 

the threeQBs may not be ranked in the top five today but when we played them they were one of the hottest QBs entering that game
