Id prefer to trade him out of our division.  But Jets do have a stockpile of draft picks.

 

Id rather just get rid of both. Maybe promote Beane to VP, hire a GM (Not his pick) and let the new guy hire a HC, or whip McD into submission and make him quit.

Enh, I wouldn't trust Beane and McDermott with that bounty of firsts. They absolutely suck in early rounds
