It doesn't work for me because I have too much structural damage from decades of dipshlttery, but I've got buddies who've ahd really good results from the anti-inflammatory properties of quality CBD creams (if you can locate the source of the problem) or oral concentrates (if you can't).

I was using gummies daily to combat it but those have other side effects, like reduced effectiveness at work. Combo THC and CBD

I think you need a tiny bit of THC to properly activate the CBD, but you can find it in small enough ratios that it won't mess with your head.

…..sciatica was the 1st symptom I developed.

Had it often in shoulder and down the leg. What helped me was finding the right exercises and an epidural.
