marck Posted July 5, 2005 Share Posted July 5, 2005 Billy Devaney who was the Director of Player Personnel and now is on CBS Sports Pregame show talked about Travis Henry. He stated that there was no reason for Tom Donahoe to make any type of move on TH until the opening of training camp and that a running back such as Travis Henry could be moved by the 3rd pre-season game since he has pro experience and could learn an offense very quickly. Also Devaney also felt that the Bills could hold out for a 2nd round pick based on Henry's past production and very workable contract. He also brought up the Vikings as a potential spot for Henry as they do have a need for an inside runner to compliment Michael Bennett. Hold onto him for as long as possible and watch to see what other RB's go down. Brown and Taylor won't miraculously get better and stay healthy, so their teams are fallbacks at worst.
