Bills/Bucs preseason game in Tampa on 8/23

Hey Bill's Mafia! Recently moved in January to Florida, an hour from Tampa stadium. Have tics for the preseason on 8/23, where are all the Bill's Mafia tailgating?

There's a bills mafia tailgate on N Himes. Food, drinks and bills fans.  You have to get tickets, but the tickets are free.  There's free food, a couple free drinks and it's close to the stadium.

Why are the Bills and Bucs playing this preseason since they will meet in the regular season. Expect both teams to show nothing since they will meet for real.
