PBLESS Posted August 17 Posted August 17 Super great reminder of our team's history. I'm older and go all the way back to 1960 as a season ticket holder {actually saw a number of Bills games while they were part of the "All American Conference}. My wife and kids moved to Florida in 1972 because of my job, but we never stopped watching and following our Bills. We used to go back for a game occasionally, but at 87 years old it's problematic. still NEVER miss a game on TV [NFL Season Ticket}. Back in the day we were members of and officers in the Bills Booster Club. The team provided players for our meetings and we often had the opportunity to party with players. Those were fun times. 2 1 Quote

Old Dad, my 3 wonderful and productive children who are all Bills fans, an incredible wife, and life long friends. Just once while my Dad is still here. Please God make the 2025 season be the final one. My wife watched me and she saw me cry this morning as all of WNY, and former WNYERS just want at least one. I’m at that point this part of the year where there is growing hope. If you’re a naysayer, there lots of other threads you can do that as everyone has a right to an opinion. I’m hoping to hear from the true blue Bills fans that bleed red, white, and royal blue like mine. I’m doing much better with making it to church each Sunday, and have this as one of my prayers. Sorry, I don't bring God into the matter. Of course I want the Bills to win, just as much as anyone. I've been a fan since about 1963 when I was old enough to even know what football was. But God has a lot of far more important things to work on. Russia out of Ukraine, completely. Hamas, Israel and Russia punished for war crimes. Ends to the wars in SE Asia, southern Asia, and western Asia. Gazans getting all the food and medicine and water they need, and money from every country that helped Israel destroy Gaza, to rebuild it. Return of US funding for PEPFAR and USAID which kept millions of people alive but which is now stopped. These are far more serious matters, worthy of God's attention, than making us Bills fans happy. I hope all this comes true. But speaking for all of us over 50, I hate that song. What is the appeal???? Quote

BBills Posted August 18 Posted August 18 You’ll hear it. It just won’t be for the Bills though. This is a canned song that the entire league uses. We know our potential. Quote
