This right here is why I believe he's at his ceiling. Just from the outside looking in, he doesn't seem to have the drive and passion for the game. The want to get better gene has eluded him.

 

Now, physical traits? Yes he has that. He's what I would picture a QB would be if you took Josh Rosen's mindset and dropped it in Josh Allen's body.
