By the same people who had guys like Gabbert and Locker as top 10 picks. Why are these opinions taken as gospel? fact is, Allen and Manuel have a lot of the same issues. Except EJ actually had solid numbers in college and we traded down to get him. But it I think Allen is most like Hackenberg.
