A lot of the old bands that I like I picked up from listening to my Dad's vinyl that he had around the house when I was growing up. It's too bad that I couldn't see some of the concerts he's told me stories about though, I would've loved to see The Who, Led Zep, Van Halen and Ted Nugent in their primes.

Saw Spock's Beard live once, they were pretty cool. Saw Yes and Dream Theater together last year and that show was cool as well.

 

And as I said in a previous post - Ayreon is an awesome "band," especially the Human Equation.

Did you see Spock's Beard while Neal Morse was in the band?

I 'd travel very far to see Spock's Beard and Porucpine Tree live.

I heard P. Tree open for Yes a couple years ago.

By the way, the new Marillion CD "Marbles" is really good.

I still perfer Fish as the singer, but the music is cool.
