Look at what the Steers did in the early 1970's, the Giants in the 1980's, the Cowboys in the 1990s; Knoll, Parcells, and Jimmy Johnson were either unknown or in Jimmy Johnson's case not NFL proven. The Cowboys story and drafting in the early 90's was amazing; just hire the right people.
