WVUFootball29 Posted September 18, 2014 Share Posted September 18, 2014 In regards to Rice, I can't see how the appeal/arbitration could go any other way than his. He was suspended 2 games before the rule changed and the CBA clearly states that a player cannot be punished twice for the same incident.
