While their offense is a work in progress their defense is a legit top 5 defense and will keep them in most games this year. zow2 Posted September 23, 2013 Share Posted September 23, 2013 I do think the Jets have a top 10 D, maybe top 5. Their front 7 are very good, and their DB's are stuck to the receivers like glue. If Geno was throwing against the Jets D yesterday there's no way his stats would have been that good. The Bills first three opponents, Pats, Panthers, Jets all have very good D early this year. Maybe we should be happy the Bills are 1-2 and EJ has shown as much potential as he has. He was terrible yesterday but i'm hoping it was because the Jets D is that good. You're right, they do have a good defense. It's not elite. EJ put up 20 points against them. 5 different scoring drives. Manning would drop 40 on that defense.
