Ralph is now out and will not make ANY football decisions anymore but will still own the team. Russ will now take 100% control of any football choices. Nix will stay as GM for the time. A 94 year old owner, from a decision making perspective, has effectively been replaced by a much younger, sharp guy in Russ Brandon.
