Say it isn't so. seq004 Posted January 3, 2005 Share Posted January 3, 2005 Why is everyone assuming JP will not be ready next year? We spent a first rounder on him for a reason. He's had time to learn the offense, now he needs to get a chance to compete and earn his spot so let him play. If Drew comes back or we pick up someone else let them compete in the offseason and in pre-season. Drew's reluctance to throw the big pass kills him, as does his nerves. The guy can't play in big games. Personally, I go after Brees if SD can't resign him.
