He IS fighting for his convictions. Unfortunately, his convictions are "Get re-elected, get re-elected and get re-elected." Nothing else matters to him. Nothing. Not the debt. Not the deficit. Not the downgrade of our country's credit rating. Not even the lone man who he asked to send along his resume following that silly online townhall meeting he had when the guy's wife complained about easy visas for overseas workers.
