Anyway later in the draft...id like to see use go for another TE...I'm a big fan of Jake Stoneburner....he has range...can stretch the field...sure hands....would have had a much better year if the buckeyes could have settled on a qb earlier in the year.... I am thinking if we keep Chandler, aaand Buddy likes that pickup last season as a bruiser{ L. smith?} i read. We might be good enough at the position for Chan's offense. BBeck/cuba Posted February 22, 2012 Share Posted February 22, 2012 TEs are not used in this offense Chandler should have 8 - 10 targets per game. Chan will never run a 2 TE offense. Unless your picking a TE at the end of the draft (Chase Ford 7th) dont bother. I like what is going on with this team but I also think the coaches need to give a little bit in their schemes. JStranger76 Posted February 22, 2012 Share Posted February 22, 2012 We actually did run some some 2 TE sets late in the year and YES, even if Chandler comes back, a TE with superior receiving skills is a need. I'm looking at Orson Charles if he is still there in the 2nd round or Micheal Egnew or Ladarius Green in the 4th.
