Dragonborn10 Posted October 23, 2011 Share Posted October 23, 2011 There are few teams, maybe with Kansas City being the only one, that play an exclusive 3-4 defense. When the opponent using 3 or more WR's and we are in a nickle or dime defense they switch to a 4 man line. Those 4 players have mostly been two DT's, Kelsay, and Merriman. With as bad a Merriman has been and Kelsay being well Kelsay that is why we are horrible at getting to the QB. No matter 3-4 or 4-3 we simply do not have the OLB's to rush the passer.
